Great little hotel, quiet, very clean and helpful staff. Great breakfast with a variety of options. Staff advised for excellent restaurants in the neighborhood.

All in all excellent value for money 34euro per night for a double room including breakfast. Slightly decentralized, clean not exceptional, or maybe slightly poor. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Positive part: Economical and clean localized on a cross of a main street. Bad part: Reception does not know how to give information. The way to the hotel is a bit dark.

For what you pay NN you can complain!

It's a good place to stay. Breakfast is not so good, they only serve apple as fruit. A The breakfast staff is very lazy. The rest of the staff is nice.

Great place. Quiet little back street… or so you think! So noisy! We had two balconies and both shared with another room so couldn't really use. Fridge in room huge plus. Breakfast was a bit lame. Would recommend purely on great for price.

Ok price. Shady location — lots of prostitutes around. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were not great.

Good staff, clean rooms, some maintenance issues but well worth the cos.

Its really loud here, planes overhead, people in the halls. The Wi-Fi was down while we were there. Breakfast was okay but go early as good things disappear quick. They put everything away right at 10:30. Bed was okay. In a residential area. Probably would not stay again.

Why I gave 3 stars : No curtain in my room, I can only sleep in dark but the street lamp was shined in the room all the night. Secondly, the Wi-Fi was not working at all, glad I have free 3G of my courier. The rest, big clean rooms, big bed, enough breakfast (beans was sour), central location, helpful staff speaking English.

Well located. The only downside is the quality of the Wi-Fi.

I and my partner have had a very bad experience at this hotel. Although the rooms are large, we suggest you choose another hotel. As soon as we entered we noticed that the towels for the face were dirty, and, unbelievably, they were bored. The sheets are so small as to see the mattress. This would be enough to escape from them, but the list continues: the wi fi never worked in the 3 days of our stay and the hotel was very hot we found only hand soap and paper). Among the positive notes, we point to the kindness of the reception service and with not a little embarrassment in front of our complaints and tried to remedy it.

Cool location and friendly staff.

Huge rooms, good Wi-Fi, adequate breakfast, reception very small. The rooms do not have blinds and the curtains do not isolate enough of the sun in the morning. Next to the hotel there is an excellent local american blues, the music does not arrive in any way to disturb the sleep, I write this to report that if you want an after-dinner cocktail can be made in this local.

Close to the city centre, but aside from urban noise. 7 minutes on foot to the Cathedral of Alexander Nevsky or the parliament building. Clean beds in the bathroom. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Very nice small hotel in central Sofia. Gr8 24hr reception … fluent English;)

Avoid this hotel. They blew up our online reservation although they charged it. Staff's knowledge of English language is next to non-existent. Oh, and if you come late at night and want to use their parking lot (for which you have to pay extra) you will have to call parking lot keeper to his Bulgarian cell phone (roaming charges apply) and TRY to communicate with him since he speaks Bulgarian only and explain him that he needs to wake up and unlock the parking lot. So, all I all, avoid this place at any cost even if that means that you will sleep in the car.
