Hotel Review A group of us had book the hotel for a wedding and I had the pleasure of staying in room 508. First of all the cigarette smoke smell everyone else is mentioning is a hundred percent true, the whole room reeks of it. The lady at the reception almost got our rooms mixed up, and while to err is human and such things are understandable, it became obvious a bit later that even this was a display of the hotel's way of doing business. I would also like to mention that this is a one star hotel (whatever that means) but I wouldn't say that that excuses things such as: a prostitute having left a card with her number in the room, the rock-like pillows, stains on the bedsheets, the ridiculously small bath towels, the lack of a shower curtain to prevent everything from flooding, the lack of hot water for more than 6 minutes at a time, and other similar things which define this hotel as an institution with lack of foresight. I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel receptionist (glasses with blue eyes) was very rude to me, and my company inquiring about apartments. Was raising her voice, saying she cannot help me find contact information, gave me rude gestures, and acted like I was a nuisance. This is no way to treat customers or new people arriving at this establishment. Her customer service is of a poor quality hotel.
