Thank you for your great service. I'll always prefer this hotel whenever I visit Razgrad.

A very good stay in a clean, comfortable room conveniently located in the centre of Razgrad. The staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We will definitely return if we pass through again!

Stayed with my partner for two nights. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Smooth check in, good communication. The room we stayed in was clean, large and the bed was comfy. The hotel is in a very convenient location. Breakfast is good. Highly recommended.

Stuff not friendly at all. No smiling face, no proper greeting. Did laundry, while checking-out the recepsionist tells me (pick it from downstairs). Why am I picking it up myself in the first place. Said okay, tried to find it, no sign, no nothing. Then they say okay we ll get it. These people have a lot to learn about hospitality, they need to understand that they are providing a service in exchange for the money of the guests, and that they are not doing any favour to anybody.

Apart from being well located in downtown Razgrad, the place is falling apart, which literally means that the bed of my partner collapsed beneath him. When we contacted the receptionist he almost convinced us that it was OK to sleep, for which we protested and he relocated us to a dorm-type room with four single beds. During that night the hotel accommodated a lot of teenagers and youngsters (a soccer club player, who had invited friends) and they were partying all night long. It was crazy and noisy like hell. We had to put earplugs in order to be able to sleep. The beds were uncomfortable and the rooms were with poor amenities. The glasses on the table were with layers of fingerprints.
The breakfast — which was included — came to the surprise of the personnel who almost convinced us there's nothing to eat but sausage or cheese sandwiches with a few slices of tomato. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you're as desperate as we were. Receptionists wouldn't hesitate to ask you to pay in advance which you should avoid at all costs since you have the right to leave this dumpster as soon as you find something better to accommodate.

It’s not the best hotel I’ve been to, but overall it’s not bad either.
The rooms are clean, well air conditioned, tidy. The staff is also very friendly.
The only objection is that you cannot pay with cards, so if you haven't managed to change money into local currency — you have a problem! 😁
