Despite the renovation the hotel was clean and quiet. All personal were kind and helpful, the menu in the restaurant — delicious :)

Using their Aquapark. Nice pools.

Nice staff, my studio is nice big but everything is very busy and not much has been renewed. Now, though, there's probably a big renovation coming up. Unfortunately, there is no sports studio but the very large pools.

Strange place… A whiff of the past — various small details sent me back in time. The massive old furniture in the lobby, the strangely uncomfortable air in the cafe, the staff that is nice yet unsettling. This is not entirely bad but there are better places to stay in Plovdiv.

The only thing is that it is a little far from the center but the rest is all positive: the rooms, the meeting rooms and the staff! All very kind!

One of the biggest hotels in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. There are renovated and non renovated rooms. I happened to be in non renovated room on the 18 th floor. Oustanding view, but the room was in 90s condition, but clean. The new matrass was a plesant surprise! :)

The rooms are quite old and need renovation. Breakfast is sub-par for a 4-star. Staff are nice though.

The worst hotel service I have ever experienced. We came from an other country while we had a reservation and they asked for more money than agreed. The most unprofessional service. Of course we left. I would rate with zero stars if I could.

It has windows that do not close and WI weak estimate… cazzooo!

Old fashioned room interior. There is no option to open the windows let some fresh air in. The restaurant is ok. The ceiling opening idea is far from creative.

I was here years ago. A super hotel, one can only recommend. Die location is. Das super close to the motorway, city and restaurant only shortcoming: down in the Hall we hear the celebration. The outdoor swimming pool is the madness of real Wupper. Come back.

It's a big hotel and looks way better on the inside than it does on the outside. The service is good and stuff is friendly.

The swimming pool is the place to visit, however it's a bit expensive.
