Very friendly and helpful staff. Cracking big rooms. Close enough to everything. Very clean in every respect. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Come Inn Hotel A renovated Hotel next to the northern main road to the city center. The staff are mostly younger generation speaking Englisch, friendly & enduring, and they make every effort to feel you like at home. They offer you all the options iff you need somethnig (iff you are experiencing any disconforot or you need some assistance). Next to the hotel is the Pharmacy and BILLA Store. Parking in front of the hotel is free of charge as well as WI-FI. Breakfast is half American half Bulgarian and very good. Only what I pay for extra was Illy caffe, becuse I need stronger Caffe in the Morning the was in CaffeAutomat. Enjoy your stay when you arrive.

A hotel with class, style and the perfect location for your visit not to stay without the tranquility you deserve! The staff is not very friendly or friendly but can guide you from the sites that are worth it. The prices are reasonable. It's all very clean and kept in good condition.

Typical international chain Hotel. If you don't want to play it go to this hotel and you hit it safe. It lacks the charm of the authentic.

It's a bit of a walk to the tourist parts of town (about 15 mins) but easily the best hotel in this price range I stayed in during my time in Bulgaria. Parking was convenient and free. Wi-Fi worked great.

When driving to Plovdiv from Romania (North), the hotel is very easy to find. It is also walking distance from the center. Good location at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and the rooms are brand new. Ideal for small conferences. An enjoyable stay.

I thought it is a great new hotel in Plovdiv with very clean, modern, bright rooms with comfortable bad, But. We were there three times this year (we are tourists from Sofia) during three different seasons and each time the air conditioning was able to work only in cooling mode (even now in the autumn when outside it is 13 degrees C and even lower at night)! The staff explained to us that the system can be configured to work only in one mode: cold or hot. We were shocked. And when we asked why in 1st of October they did not configured it to heating mode the answer was: the temperature will increase a little in the next few days. Like it is going to be 30-35 degrees C and be summer again! It is absurd, and even more shocking that the staff accepted this explanation as very logic and matter-of-course.! This is absolutely unacceptable for every hotel that advertises that it offers air conditioning with heating and cooling, and even more unbelievable for a 4-stars hotel! That was our last stay there. We have now returned sick and will need to take medicines. And the most interesting thing was that in the lobby the heating was working… Very disappointing!

Perfect Hotel — Highly recommended.

Stayed in one of the executive suites and it was quite nice. Very friendly staff and reasonable rates. The area isn't the greatest and it's a 10 minute walk to the more touristy area. Food here wasn't very good, but it was edible.

Stayed here twice and allways had a very good night sleep. New and modern rooms. The breakfast is good and the restaurand is deliciuos.

Only the staff is poor! On the breakfast it was quoter to 10 AM there was nothing to eat! The explanation of the staff were the breakfast is until 10AM. WTF… it was not 10AM yet!
