Villa Aya Villa
All rooms come with a designated seating and dining area and en suite bathrooms with a bathtub or a shower. Some of the rooms have a direct access to a balcony overviewing the mountain. A shared fully equipped kitchen and a common lounge with a fireplace are available on the ground floor.
A 20-minute drive from the Rila Monastery, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site,Villa Aya offers a seasonal outdoor pool, a hot spring bath and barbecue facilities.
Villa Aya enjoys a scenic location, favourable for hiking and biking. Bicycles are provided free of charge. A grocery shop can be reached within a 10-minute walk and the bus stop is 100 metres away. A 5-minute drive will take you to the local restaurant.
A well appointed outdoor dining area and a children's playground can be found in the large garden, which also offers a hot spring bath, hammocks and a tent.

I've never been on such beautiful place. It has all you need — BBQ, pool, nature. I strongly recommend you to visit it.
Great and cozy Vila! Has an incredible and spacious dinner room. On the outside there is a swimming pool and a barbeque corner. Great place for teambuildings! Also, there is a sauna inside and the rooms themselves are clean and comfortable.

Spectacular view towards the mountains. A pool, big enough for large groups. The villa is well equipped with everything needed to have a fully enjoyable vacation. We love it and visit at least twice a year! See you soon!
