Brilliant hotel! The staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, plenty of sunbeds and the beach is literally a 2 minute walk.

Have spent 6 wonderful days in the Imperial Hotel. The room 1701 had a lovely sea view of the bay with views towards Sunny Beach and Nessebar Old Town.

An epitome of a boutique hotel — elegant, sophisticated and cosy. Excellent location in walking distance from the old city and minutes away from two beaches.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms just like in the pictures with great views. Everyday they clean your room. The breakfast was nice as well.

We stayed at this 4-star hotel and were very pleased. The staff is extremely polite and always ready to help, with service at a very high level – everything is done quickly and with a smile.

Very good and varied food: sushi, squid, pasta, clams, octopus, beef, chicken and many others. You will find sun loungers at the two pools even if you arrive after 10:00.

My husband and I have just returned from a two week stay at the Bora Bora. We had a great holiday.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, with clean sheets and towels every two to three days.

Fits description. Room was clean and prepared exactly at 14:00 — could be earlier, but it's a middle of the season and they're fully booked. Breakfast is ok, fresh and tasty.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is fabulous. Great location if you’re interested in going to the beach.

From arriving at the front door the owner rushed out and made sure we could park.
Checked in and he carried our case up to the 3rd floor.

We were on family vacation with four children, and the hotel left an excellent impression on both us and the kids. Great location – not in a noisy area and only a 5-minute walk to the beach.

Nice and clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, very good meals and the personal was very nice. Menu of all inclusive was very good and different.

Room was lovely we did not have sea view but room and bed was comfortable.

We arrived at 2230hrs on Thursday 25th September after 70 minutes on the coach from the airport. (We were the penultimate drop off.

Amazing staff, so polite and kind towards their guests. Very clean, the staff cleans all things used on a daily basis. Clean pool, clean rooms. The bed was so comfortable.

Absolutely amazing place. I would highly recommend it for anyone who loves to have a beatiful wild sea view. We have been lucky to get the upper floor apartment with a huge balcony.

So we didn't actually get to stay here.

I am here right now lovely little hotel if you dont want the hustle and bustle of larger hotels. Staff very friendly and rooms lovely and clean.

Verry beautiful hotel, in a quiet place, only "downside" that is a bit far from the beach but not that much, like a 15 minute walk so not to bad, and it has a nice swimming pool too so in that price

We just spent a week at Sunny Beach and took Kavkaz Golden Dune as our hotel.
All of the hotel staff we interacted with were friendly and professional.

We spent two weeks almost here. This time here in Hotel Kavkaz **** was just wonderful. The rooms are clean and quiet, food is tasty and colorful.

I couldn't be more thrilled with my stay at this luxurious resort! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the elegance and comfort of the surroundings.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were brilliant. Every staff member I met was great. The front desk was really helpful and nothing was too much to ask for. All the advertised amenities are great.

It was a good, the rooms super clean, the staff was nice, especially the Bulgarian man that cooked in the morning and the Ukrainian girls at the bar.

Relaxiation at the best. From reception to the Food and cleaning of the rooms and animation — the best experiences you can get in Sunny Beach.

Fabulous experience. Everything was perfect such as location which was amazing, we had a double room with sea view, cleaning was great, animation as well, I will mention here Mr Peter show.

The hotel is very well located. It's right on the beach, but also very close to the resort's points of interest.

Just home from a week at sunny day club. I was a bit optimistic after some of the reviews but I needn’t have worried!

Used the restaurant lots of times last week food excellent waiters brilliant excellent service will be going back in July!

Positives, room was clean, spacious, nice shower, fridge in room with drinks and snacks.

Hotel spotless, didn’t like the single beds. Food quality decent but sometimes cold. Went out for tea more than stayed in for tea even though was all inclusive.
