The hotel was clean and the rooms were lovely thats why its getting two stars but that's all I can't say was the best bit. The food was not good same thing every day. We went all inclusive and we went out most days. On the twice stay the serve burgers raw. No entertainment at nite only a kids disco. Very disappointed.

Nice hotel, lots of greenery, the staff are friendly, the animators are smiling. It's out of the pros. As for the cons, I would like to note that the sea is far 700 meters. All in all, a good four!

Great place, well-groomed area, pools with sea water, lots of entertainment for children and adults, animators, bars, cafes, nightclub. Convenient location, near shops, supermarkets, to the sea 10-15 minutes.

Beautiful hotel inside in the room and on site too cleaning very bad food seemed delicious but almost every day too the same food on the 4 day both children settled on the 6 day me too. The sing-off from the bolkon two days in a row disappeared with the ends. Very far from the sea of 30 minutes on foot from the hotel there is transport from 9.00-16.00 once an hour walk. We didn't like staying at this hotel at all.

It is a really beautiful complex. The one bedroom apartment is comfortable. The staff was politely and very welcoming. I had a problem with my TV and they helped me right away. They offer a free shuttle bus to the beach. The all inclusive is great, you have drinks all day and you eat all day, it is true that you have to wait a little bit to get your food because there are many people but besides that the food is delicious. The animation team is really careful with the children and they had fun with the games provided. The adults like us were playing volleyball. Overall I had a great vacation and I am recommending this hotel with my both hands.

The perfect place to stay. The complex has everything that is supposed. A separate respect to the bartender Vladimir. The only negative is that the apartment is far from the sea. (2018)

It was quiet and nice hotel. You might face a problem with extra bed as it happen to me. They changed my apartment to bigger one but the last one has no Air-condition (AC). Although they fixed it after 2 days. I find the food is more than ok while the children didn't like at all.

Fun place for kids, but food was not that good. Also room cleaning had issues and had to submit a complaint at the reception. It is far from seaside but they have a bus that leaves hourly to and from the beach until 16:00. If you miss the bus, it takes around 20 mins on foot to reach the hotel/seaside.

Stayed for a week and spent most nights eating out. Hotel itself is very nice with decent sized rooms but the positives end there im afraid. Food is shocking at best. Nothing is labelled so you don't know what anything is. Nothing in the hotel is geared towards British people visiting. No other english speaking visitors in the hotel apart from 4 other people so felt very isolated. No entertainment for kids apart from half an hour disco at 8pm each night. Inclusive beer is very weak and is only served at one bar at the hotel near the entrance. If you use the bar next to the pool you have to pay! Needless to say I will not be staying again! If I could have put 0 stars I would of.

Unfortunately the food is basic. But the hotel is nice.

Very good groomed territory, all in Roses) ) ), guarded with its reception, there are several pools, bars, cafes, restaurants, an isolated nightclub, children's playgrounds with animation. Hammocks and swings, very beautiful!

Nice looking place but out of centre. Staff are unfriendly, don't clean rooms much. I had flood on arrival 4am had to clean up myself. All inclusive with family but most of ammenities are closed. Bar shuts at 10pm would you believe, then they switch lights off around pool and bar area while your chatting. I would never recommend this place from BALKEN HOLIDAYS. Amazingly well-groomed territory, beautiful pools, restaurants, bar, spa, playgrounds, fitness room, nightclub, spacious and comfortable apartments. Perfect location on the second line. There is everything for an unforgettable holiday.

Food is acceptable, room cleaning is very bad, the drinks are very bad and cheap. But in the end, they have a nice playground for small children and the pool is also ok for children.

Nice service, good modern rooms, great pools but pretty far from the beach. Bert quiet place — good for chilli out and charge batteries :) i've had a great time.

Beautiful clean facility, great rooms, food OK (very small buffet, service does not comply with the replenishment, repeats often. )
Cocktails weak! A small pool bar for the whole complex.
Service, whether in the restaurant and at the reception unfriendly and unqualified.
We had 5 days of ice-cold water to shower,
Four toilets for the whole facility. Often one stood in the mm high in the urine. Cornery!
Seating not available in the evening. At 11 p. M. You were forced to go to the room. The light was simply made out!
Staff understood only Russian!
All inclusive is not a premium but a normal one.
I only give 3 stars! One for the well-maintained facility. 1 star for the beautiful rooms and one for cleanliness, except for the toilets in the bar and pool area.
Never again this hotel!

I will not write about the hotel itself, there are good reviews and I am solidarity but my review about the staff who spoiled me the entire experience of staying. On the first day, as my husband and I let in the cleaning room, they stole my purse from the bedside table while we had breakfast. Nothing to prove, complaints are useless.
Then decided to go to the spa near the reception. I chose anti-cellulite massage (never done before), my husband-Jacuzzi. As a result, all my massage was focused exclusively on the inside of the thigh and around the intimate area of constant "casual" zadevanijami genitals. Disposable cowards that hardly cover, at all constantly from me pucker with conversations about, what beautiful girls from my country. Felt chicken on the chopping board. And this hell cost me 50 lev. Went to the room and looked on the Internet and realized that it was definitely not a lymphatic drainage massage, and the action of a pervert under the guise of massage.

It's quite far from the centre of Sunny Beach, which is great if you want to be sure you're away from the club scene. However, the food is very poor quality and there is VERY limited selection. The rooms are filthy (blood-like stain on the wall, hairs everywhere, unswept/unhoovered floor) and in a poor state of repair. One small 'bar' (more like a kiosk) where you can get drinks, and it's not near the main pool. The bar near the main pool is NOT included in all inclusive. The soft drinks are all EXTREMELY watered down, to the point where the 'Coke' just takes like water, as do the fruit juices. The staff almost all speak very little English, but are quite friendly. Pool is nice though.

An island of comfort and positive energy, that's what Tarsis is! He loves guests and knows how to take them) a unique combination of all the positive characteristics for rest and accommodation — it's Tarsis.

Great place for relaxation-peaceful, utno and pleasant, remote from the bustling streets of the city. I recommend it to everyone!

All fine but things really long blur.

Extremely inconsiderate and worldwide staff. Put into washing linens and things. The money took, said pick up on the next day.
Things have given only in two days. Things messed up! Part of things no!
The staff said that they know nothing, and generally they do not understand the Russian (have arm and say "go! ")

The nuts on the outside, but the inside is not sweetie.
