Polite staff, nice appartament, verry clean everywere, enought food sortiments, close to the sea.

Accommodation: ★★★☆☆ Not very good, not very bad. Few problems, but usually solved quickly. Staff: ★★★★★ They were always nice, no problems with them. Food: ★☆☆☆☆ Really bad. The selection was really small, very repetitive and not much of it was good. Breakfast was always almost the same, and the selection of sweet thigs was almost non-existent. Except for breakfast, lunch and dinner, there was only snack bar, which was pizza and a few cakes, and only for two hours a day. Few times, we even went to eat someplace else, even though we had a free dinner in a hotel. We just needed something else. Location: ★★☆☆☆ A bit far from the beach, 5 minute walk.

Lovely friendly staff, spotlessly clean and very quiet when I visited, end of May. Walkable to a lovely sandy beach and close to a local bus stop.

Ideal for familly with children, not crowded, good food, good conditions and the location it's also very convenient, Only o short walk, from the beach, and from the resort center.
Also the staff is very friendlly.

Very nice staff, a large pool. What more could you want?

The food was not good, the extra bed was actually a Board.

My first ever holiday abroad and this hotel was fantastic. The staff were very helpful from the second we stepped off the bus. Exceptionally clean throughout as the cleaners are out and about all day long. The gardener also takes pride in his work and the hotel looks beautiful.
The food was basic but got better throughout the week, we had some lovely meals.
Definitely recommend Sun City, we would love to go back.

In advance, I would like to mention that we have booked the same as 95% of the other visitors all inclusive and I am aware that I cannot expect a star hotel for the amount paid. ;-) After arriving at the hotel we were greeted nicely and around the suitcases we didn't need to worry about either. Upon entering the room we received a very intense smell of detergents. Strangely, I found the fact that we had to purchase our blankets ourselves, where we would already be the first suggestion for improvement. It would be nice to be able to remove a freshly washed blanket from the cupboard and not one that smells of cold cigarette smoke through and through. Otherwise, at least our room would be happy about certain repairs. The faucet Z. B licks pretty neatly. The shower overflows the entire bathroom and the carpet strikes waves… I also imagined the food offer better. Meat lovers will be delighted if they are satisfied with cooked pork and chicken/turkey. When you have the buffet in mind, you can see meat, meat, meat, something to fry, fries and a little vegetable. The salad bar is also rather layer held but at least sufficient. At breakfast the same. Two kinds of sausage, two kinds of cheese, two kinds of bread, Aufbackbrötchen, jam… Drinks were available from a vending machine and coffee machines. Unfortunately, the coffee is not prepared with beans, but is simple instant coffee… The choice of alcoholic drinks is of course limited, i. E.

Loved Sun City Hotel from the first day we arrived. The location was perfect only a short stroll from the beach and strip. The hotel itself was clean and very well maintained. There was a good selection of food at mealtimes we went all inclusive and never once had to eat out. The dinning room staff were a bit too eager to remove plates though that was the only fault I found.
All the staff were friendly and made you feel welcome haven't said that there were a few members of staff that stood out from the rest whom went beyond there job description. I'd like to thank them as they made our stay more enjoyable this includes the manageress and I'm sure she'll know who I'm referring to.

Not too bad for someone to sleep in, nothing more. Constantly hang the little pool during the entire stay, as do the British and Germans, my family could not. A pool of muddy water, like a syrup, with shadow strong smell of bleach. Breakfast is terrible.

Good value for money! I can not understand the preceding reviews, since a lot of the positive has changed probably, thank God! The reception was manned 24 h, so around the clock! Mastering English as a guest, could communicate perfectly. To the swimming pool and pool bar, I can say nothing because I have not used them, was the whole day at the beach! That's why my recommendation: only HP book! The facility is well maintained, outdoor, as well as the rooms. Rooms w ground cleaned every day! Unfortunately very little German guests, but that does the whole eigentl. No cancellation. Shopping and beach all in the green area, buses about 100 m from the hotel. Who at 3 * + miracle expected is probably disappointed. But the value for money can be seen in any case! All employees have very committed and were always friendly! I book again for next year in any case. :-).
