The hotel is very good, the food is like in the best restaurants, every day is different, a bunch of fruits, sweets, seafood. The rooms are good, BUT THE RELATED TO RUSSIAN SO:REALLY NUMBERS FULL G, give out the noisy rooms in the annex. And Russian speakers will not give good numbers in principle, the sector is the coolest for instrants, as 80% are English, then Germans, French Poles. The British clearly will not live with the view of a noisy street. WE were offered 2 rooms to choose from and we were pleased. Everything else is on top. A child's paradise.

Great hotel. Very clean. The animation team are fantastic and great for getting kids and adults involved in activities. Most staff are polite and happy to help. Others can be ignorant and reluctant to help. Also having to pay extra for a travel cot when we've already payed for 5 guests is a bit of a let down.

Just got back from a 2 week stay at this hotel and it was fantastic my little girl turned 5 while we were there and the staff had made her a unicorn cake and got her a card without knowing Before hand it was her birthday which I thought was really thoughtful. The pool area and slides are great for adults and kids. Best part of the stay was the animation team they were absolutely fantastic getting everyone involved in all the games and the shows in the evenings, they made the stay better than expected.

A hotel with a water park, a great place to stay.

Very very clean hotel I'm sure the cleaners hear a bit of rubbish dropped and are there like lighining. Although buffet very much the same food every night but you can book the itailin buffet for something a little different. Overall a very pleasurable experience.

If you are with children — you here! Here everything is for them and in any weather they will not be bored!

Cant fault the rooms but the food is rank and the staff are ignorant and dont smile. As for entertainment wells theres none.

Perfect family hotel. Water slides and smaller pools for little ones. All you need on site. Rooms excellent and staff very helpful. Will be booking again.

This was our second stay at this hotel I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Brilliant for kids and adults aswell. We stayed in July 2017 and September 2015 we will be back.

Nice hotel. Good rooms en good food. The animation team was super they where buddy so day entertaining the guest. But the rest of the staff behind the bar and in de dinning room where not so friendly. This was the only bad thing about the hotel.

This hotel is simply great for families with children of all ages. To be honest, so far the best hotel we've had abroad! Super friendly to our child have been and super service.

Its lovely hotel. Just crazy how towels are on beds frm 6am an nbdy near thm. Til 2 r 3. Pm. Food ok nt great fir kiddies.

Great hotel friendly staff place is spotless and every year I go back something new or upgraded just keeps getting better.

Amazing resort. Family friendly with great entertainment every day and night. Good choice of food from the main restaurant and snack bar. Be prepared to be hassled by a woman outside the restaurant who badgers everyone to go to the 'themed restaurant'. Great drinks throughout the day, although quite small (not pint size glasses). Would definitely go back!

The staff was very helpful and friendly and helpful. Lots of coasters for children of different ages, ice cream almost all day without restriction. Anyway, it's just paradise to relax with the kids. Lots of shops nearby. The Wi-Fi was very small.

Good location. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. A good dispatching of transport and many trade pavilions …

Fed začëtno at all. Animation and sweet. No volleyball. But Wi-Fi is available in the lobby completely worked. The rooms are cosy. Again Slides there. Kind of spoiled new hotel.

One of the best places to stay in Sunny Beach! Recommended.
