What can I say about this hotel that hasn't been said before. The staff a warm, welcoming and friendly nothing is to much trouble you're 50m away from the beach the food is brilliant (recommend calzone, lamb shank and Hawaii steak) the bar is well stocked. Breakfast is as expected cheeses hams yoghurts eggs beans sausage.
The only down side is as I write this its my last night here will definitely be back to Hotel bora bora.

Great hotel close to the beach and if you want it the nightlife a short walk away. Will return again as always a warm welcome from everyone.

We had a fantastic 7 night stay at this Hotel. (July-Aug 2018) The location was perfect. Our room was on the 6th floor and had amazing views of the sea, beach and the strip all lit up at night. All of the staff here were very friendly and helpful. The food and service at the bar was also faultless. … This is not 5* accommodation and therefore you should not book if thats what you are looking for, it is however the perfect base for a holiday at sunny-beach and if you book this 3* hotel that is what service you should expect and the pricing does reflect this. We would absolutely recommend and use this hotel again ☀️

Totally worth it:) clean beds clean room and the view is great. Working AC and refrigerator. Clean sheets and towels every day. Breakfast not to fancy but tasty.

3 star hotel as advertised. The breakfast menu is pretty good and basic and tasty if you are not a picky eater. The internet on the 4th floor works very good and I always had full connection. We had 2 single beds put together to for a double bed and it wasn't an issue. Good matress. The AC works 100%. We had our towels changed every single day and we stayed just 3 days. The staff knows English and they are so polite. The swimming pool area is great but a little too small for my taste and overcrowded. The beach is literally at 5 minutes walk. Good place, close to the sea, clean and cozy.

Everything was good, great staffs but the Wi-Fi was bad.

Biggest fraud, We had a reservation for 3 nights. Unfortunately when we had arrived they told us that our room is already taken. We've already payed for the stay and we expected our double room with seaview. We called the manager for further explanations and he offered refund (half of payment) and stay in A LITTLE ROOM WITH 2 BEDS (meanwhile they knew there were 3 of us). We decided to change hotel and wanted a full refund. A receptionist out of nowhere told us that the manager we had talked to before doesn't work there any more and the boss can offer only a refund. We were waiting approximately 2 hours for the problem to be solved. We were very tired. When we finally got the money back it was less than we payed. After all we wanted to have a conversation with boss but he totally ignored us. He told the receptionist he doesn't want to talk with us. We were that determinated though that we came up to him and he literally walked away pretending to talk with somebody on a phone. I've never felt so disrespected. Man has no respect for his guests.

It's a great 3 — hotel. Great staff, great location. Good breakfasts. A lovely room overlooking the sea.

The hotel is great. Near beach but not too near.
Staff is very friendly and nice. Cleaninglady was awesome…
The breakfast could contain some more bread to choose between, but it was okay.
The restaurant (bar) is fantastic.
Very good tasting food and quick to serve.
We would come back here if we should visit sunnybeach again.

Stayed here this year for the first time and it won't be the last, lovely hotel with lovely staff, quiet yet close to everything, just metres from the beach and a big thank you to Marietta for going out of her way to accommodate us — me and my girls will see you next year.

Just home from my 2nd time staying here and would not go anywhere else. Love the place. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Relaxing, quiet and 2 minutes from the beach. Can't wait to return soon 5☆

Little gem of a place would recommend to any one nice staff daily maid service nice food and very clean would not hesitate to return but would recommend 4th or 5th floors for best views having a great time still have a week to go before heading home to Scotland thanks bora bora staff we loved it.

Only 5 days in and having a ball. Holiday is what you make it not what you should expect. My wee girls first time abroad and staff are great with her so to are other guests. Would certainly come back.
