It's beautiful. The rooms are clean. Breakfast and dinner are varied. And the rest is beautiful.

Great hotel with one but. They only took the room with breakfasts, but the week that we had there was a buffet menu never changed. Everything is not salty and not tasty.

The hotel is not bad, but 4 stars does not pull. Wi-Fi promised in the rooms is not, only at the reception. Cleaned in rooms every day, but tlap-lap. If you leave the money then nothing, in terms of cleanliness, do not change can add some extra towels, soap or some other nonsense. The food is quite monotonous, although the range is what it is. If you live a couple of days, it's not bad, and for 10 days it gets bored. The location is not bad 500 meters from the sea. 50 meters from the central street. The staff are smiling, responsive, there were no problems with the Russian language. There is a centural air conditioning that saves a lot in the heat.

The hotel is nice, the staff are responsive, all issues were resolved promptly. Breakfasts are ordinary European, dinners are more varied talked about, but we had dinner once. Wonderful pool. The beach is 10-13 minutes on foot. We went with pleasure, but with children, I think, problematic. In general, the rest turned out to be excellent — because the main positive mood!

Nice tourist place. Bowling place opened long hours. Nice to spent some time there. Enjoyed hotel and people around. OK breakfast.

Hotel located in the city for the view fro! This hotel has a bowling alley and nightclub, staff at the restaurant a little cold food without surprises, clean and proper room.

Very good hotel, I will say Q missing to win the last star, be on the beachfront D beach, improve a bit the Buffet Q is not bad to be knowing October Q There are few people and not have Q charge for the spa… the rest 100%, clean large rooms etc etc.

Very luxury hotel, casino, convenient location 200 yards of the beach. Stunning rooftop terrace with amazing views to Sunny Beach.

Visited the Pool/Bowling Hall downstairs from this Hotel. Great place, 2 American Pool Tables, 1 Snooker Table along with 4 Bowling Alleys. Drink is very cheap here, 2 Bombay Gins & 2 Glass Bottles of Fanta Lemon only cost 13 LEV (£6.50) Poor Air Conditioning & A lot of Neon lighting causing the place to be very hot. After we had been there for 2 Hours a Local woman came up to our table, clearly Intoxicated on Drink/Drugs. She started speaking in Poor English towards the 2 of us insinuating that she was looking for Prostitute business. When we replied "No", she pulled her phone out and began making calls, we left shortly after. She had been saying similar to the Couple playing on the table next to us. Very disappointing end to the night, we had been having a Great evening up to this point. Place has great potential but they shouldn't be letting Intoxicated prostitutes into their Facility.

Pool hall downstairs and 10 pin bowling alley great night tables run true less than 15 lev for 2 hours of pool great value. Bombay gin reasonable priced 13 lev for 2x50ml plus two bottles of fanta lemon. Only downside neon lighting and poor air conditioning means the room is very hot.

Good hotel, nice rooms, and nice restaurant. The breakfast is buffet. The hotel didn't had underground garage and it was difficult to find place near to park the car. There is bowling, spa, fitness, billiard tables on the — 1th level and conference room on — 2nd level. On the last floor is the pool. I think the destination is good for families with children and it is near to Maria's pancakes.

First, we were not told that in low season the Pool is closed. Every activity in the hotel costs extra. The room is very dusty and the breakfast is either very local or just bad (I won't judge because I really don't know the local taste yet). It was also really noisy outside at night. The only good part is: the hotel's furnishing and interior design is nice. The bathroom seems to be the only thing worth the "4 stars" of that hotel.

Very nice hotel friendly staff. Always replenish shampoo, shower gel, SOAP design inside the hotel super power uniform, but all fresh, clean utensils, all neat and tidy.

A very good hotel. Good location, close to the sea, restaurants and shops. Very comfortable rooms. Service on all 4 stars.

Vacationing with his wife in September 2014, excellent in all otšeniâh. Located in the city centre, around many restaurants, cafes and bistros. A number of banks, exchange offices. The beaches from 5 to 15 minutes of walk. The old town is 10 minutes. Parking on the adjacent territory is free of charge. The rooftop pool, with očaravatel′noj panorama Nesebar.

Great hotel! Really nice pool on the roof, with a great city view. Rooms are big and clean, bathrooms are really spacious. They are cleaned every day, new towels are also provided each day. Hotel restaurant is only minus — we had only two breakfasts there and pass.

Good hotel, friendly staff, liked it very much.
