Reviews of Cantilena Complex 3*
Since 2016 we had spent 12 times in the Cantilena — a beautiful place in a calm area of Sunny Beach. Not far from the beach and only 5-8 minutes by bus to the centre and the Flower Street. Fantastic place with very friendly staff, clean rooms, pool and restaurant. We like the hotel very much and will be back as soon as possible. I am a former Hotel manager and know a little about the quality of hotels — I recommend this place…
The only things I should say is that I left one day before my holiday ended, the food it’s terrible, they have the same food every day and what wasn’t ate today will be brought to the next meal or next day meal. There’s nothing healthy to eat. Also the rooms looks fine but a little messy with a lot of ants and mosquitos dead on all the walls of the room.
Nobody speaks english and it’s really hard to talk to the employees of the hotel. They didn’t understand even “where is the toilet? ”
I would like to attach a few photos of the food but I left before I could do that, I would never repeat the experience neither for free. ☺️
