Spraying insecticides against Moskito without informing in front. We called the hotline of the Charité in Berlin for that. They meant we should not very scared about that Insektizid as it is good handle able by humans bodies. But however not to be informed in front, is not acceptable. One small bottle of water for the first day is free, even though we booked all in. You should also be informed about the all in rules. All in Alcohol and other drinks will be only available during the meal times but the alcohol only from the lunch time on. Waitress was not knowing it and gave nor beer at the intermediate break as she was supposed to do. The promised present arrived until now not. We booked 4 star, but had first to go to 3 star restaurant. But the other restaurant is not so much 4 stars as well. Will say Bulgarian scrud behavior. Small on big things :) all in wine and beer are not acceptable. In this 3 star restaurant no hygiene concepts. No one was wearing a mask beside me. In this 4 star was better. But a lot people 95% around are not taking care about, but the waiters/waitress’s are not saying or doing something against. Next lock down is coming soon! Sometimes they have even not one vegetarian hot meal at the buffet. As well today they have shortly cleaned the room bed was not done!

I called to book over the phone and wanted to the receptionist to make sure that their 2 bedrooms apartments will fit all of us. I asked her to check and call me back to confirm. She called me back and confirmed and asked mw to book on their websites and put the remarks that we already confirmed that with her. I did that and got the confirmation email 2 days later. I will post the picture of the email with the remark section that I booked for 12 adults and one child. When we come to the place, the team told me that the capacity for 5 adults and they started to make excuses and lies that they already told me over the phone and there were nothing else that they can do.
I told them that why would we book the place if the rooms wont fit our family and the rates were double than other places.
The team was very rude and unprofessional with a terrible attitude and racism practices. I do not recommend this place especially if you are an foreigner!

Best place, for me, for holidays at the bulgarian seaside.

Nice family orientated resort. Good accommodation. Fab pools, good bars and restaurants right on the beach. 20 mins walk into Sozopol. If you want a chilled low key family holiday I recommend this place.

Very nice location; the beach is very close and good for small children as it is knee-deep, no waves, and no jellyfish.

Great architecture, spectacular gardens and plants, clean, very well organized, nice pools viewing the sea, and very good accommodations! Gym, spa, restaurants and coffee shops in the complex will make your vacation very enjoyable and memorable!

Together with my family we are spending our summer holidays at Santa Marina. Since 2008. Almost 10 years now. We love this place. Feeling like home.

One of the best resorts at the Black sea I've seen. I love it. It is very green, safe and quiet. Big appartments. Very comfortable.

Just spent two glorious weeks at this lovely resort. It covers quite a large area but because of all the trees and landscaping it seems more compact. Even in August it didn't seem too busy and we were always able to get a sunbed by one of the pools. There is easy access to the main beach (The sea temperature in August is in the high 20's centigrade — one of the advantages of being on the black sea). The little road train that runs to Sozopol runs every half an hour and is only a pound sterling per trip. The restaurants on the site are good but like all Bulgarian places the food arrives in a very random order. One night we were actually asked if we wanted the food to arrive all at the same time! The appartments are well equipped and are cleaned daily. I would highly recommend Santa Marina for a good value holiday.

Russian village in Sozopol. Comfortable conditions of a perfect little utopian town (why are all cities not like this? ) However very bad own beach. Most people ride paid locomotives on Kawaci or at least Harmanite, which in a month can ruin the family budget of up to 50, 000. Rub. Good playgrounds, sporting events, but if you do not own a car and on the locomotives are already expensive, to the whole night life to climb on the narrow sidewalk for quite a long time, but past Marina Sozopol with views of other people's posh (and not so) yachts ;) )

Green, well-groomed territory. Pools, unobtrusive animation. Lots of fun for kids. Bars and restaurants. In general, everyone will find something to do here. For beach lovers — it is better to go to the beach Cacacite (10 minutes by car), the beach directly at Santa Marina (next to the bridge) — a weak spot.

Perfect holiday. Well organised site and spotlessly clean. Seen bad reviews about the restaurants but we had no complaints at all. Couldn't believe how quiet it was and no problems getting sunbeds around any of the amazing pools or the private beach. Added bonus was air conditioning and free fast Wi-Fi in the room. Looks like everything had been recently refurbished.

It's a great place! Soulful, amazing people, a lot of famous people who do not strain the close attention. We're friends, we say hello to a lot of people. It's like, "Grandma in the village, " we come for 8 years in a row, children are friends, build huts, organize joint leisure, play tennis, hang out. Parents in the evenings gather in Santamarine restaurants for 10-15 people. Soulful, OK, comfortable. Together we ride on mud, mineral springs, rides windsurfing, yachts. I don't want to go to Moscow.

It's a great place. Lots of greenery, many paths, sandy beaches, several pools, bars, restaurants, shops. Be prepared that you will have to walk on the steps, mountainous terrain. High humidity. But it's tolerable.

We have been spending a couple of weeks here every summer for the past 8 years. What had started as a really good establishment has continuously gone down hill over the years. By now, we have gotten food poisoning in one of the restaurants, the staff in the cafe is rude and dismissive, the cleaning service is bad, the equipment in the apartments keeps on breaking down and the technical rep is astonishingly rude! The complaint procedure is non-existent: every time there is an issue, the customer service offers us to write an official complaint, which then gets thrown to the wind, as NOTHING gets done about it thereafter. Even in the case of confirmed food poisoning, which resulted in us having to postpone our travel plans… The service this year is definitely 'the straw that broke the camel's back', I am doubtful we will be back. And judging by the receding number of holidaymakers, we are not the only ones that feel that way.

The best resort in Bulgaria, luxurious and comfortable village nearly 2000 apartments, green area with pine trees, the houses are surrounded by this botanical garden, a beautiful beach, playgrounds, tennis courts, children's entertainment, restaurants! The complex archaeological sites, a 15-minute walk the old Sozopol, which is more than 3 thousand years! Wonderful place.

We had a great time. The village has everything you need from restaurants to supermarkets to basic holiday clothings swimwear and flip-flops. It is well maintained and staffs are very polite. If you can not walk for long then they have shuttles to take you from one place to another. Its very green and picturesque. Perfect place for a family holiday. Rooms are very spacious and have kitchenette and iron board and iron. Dining table and spare bed if you need.

Perfect place for family relax. Amzing view to the beach. Nice apartments with teras. Whole area is closed for cars and everyone can go around. A lot sace for kids. Perfect staff.

Santa Marina Resort is a very good place for short and for long holidays. It's close to the beach on the Black Sea, with direct access from resort to beach. For the swiming lovers, more swimings pools are available inside of the resort. Good place! I like it!

Hi! I was ar the village today and I had a blast! The service was great and it was really big! There were several pools as well as stores. It was pizza places to eat lunch and dinner and overall my experience was super great!

Very nice place. Good rooms with microwave and washing machine. Clean. Santa Marina has several pools, some restaurants and stores inside the area. Recommended for families with children.

Truly beautifull place. Rooms are nice, all the facilities are amazing. The nature is stunning it is like you are walking through a forest. The waitress are a bit slow, and often forget that you are waiting to order for 15 mins, and that happened every single day. Sometimes the bartender on the pool bar can be a bit rude. The game room is dirty and looks like the room is about to collapse. At the market the cashiers are sometimes pretty slow and rude. An amazing place with a lot of potential, but raise the quality of these small things so the price point is worth it.

The attention to detail at this place is incredible; The grounds are impeccably maintained, and everything is constantly inspected by staff — like a luxury hotel. Reception staff and bar staff are helpful and happy. The on-site shops, bars and restaurants charge pretty-much standard local prices for things; there's no mark-up because it's self-contained.

It's a great place to stay with the kids. It's quiet, it's quiet, it's clean, it's cozy. For children there is a panda park where you can test yourself for endurance. Nice restaurants, there you can have a delicious lunch and dinner. On the beach there is a cafe where you would like to have a cup of coffee, freshly squeezed watermelon juice. If desired, you can order lunch. The area is big, green. There are supermarkets, all the essentials are sold. The whole day runs the poro-zis. If you get bored, you can drive to Sozopol as well as other beaches. This year we are going for the third time, me and my girls.

Amazing resort with tasteful architecture and arrangement of apartments and sites (restaurants, pools, bars) that is nonrepetitive and reflective of local styles yet modern and functional. Beautiful gardening, excellent breakfast for a low price and thin crust pizzas, pasta and Bulgarian cuisine mixed at a high standard. The only problem are door locks that require an engineering degree to lock: lift the handle, turn key towards frame twice, reverse, retract, done.

I agree with the user Ivan Ibrin for all 99%. Great complex to stay. But the beach was disappointing, plus asking for a hammock, when there is a free beach with clean sand. Playgrounds are not enough, but a lot of pools, and children out of there to drive. Plus there is someone to teach children to swim or just to entertain them. The internal organization itself is excellent. Needless protection, and there where to go — the administration, TourCenter, shop, three restaurants, you want to Sozopol every half hour train to the city, although on foot in just 15-20 minutes. The place for a relaxing holiday if you want the family to break away from the hustle and bustle. In General very well.

The experience of the whole family was very positive — spacious apartment, many restaurants, clean beach, fantastic animation for the kids. Will definitely come again.

Great place for families with children, including infants. Furnished apartment with kitchen. The kitchen has all necessary utensils to prepare meals. Well-kept grounds, there is a medical service! ), nice restaurant, computer club. Sozopol is a 20-minute walk. The beach at the hotel is not interesting, once the sludge came to remove the tractor.
