Omg, best hotel ever! Very tasty food, the pool and the bobels are the best, the spa is very big, the rooms are clean and beautifull, no words, you wont want to leave, miss it already!

I visited this place twice and absolutely love it. Great pools, view and spa. Very friendly and helpful personnel. The rooms are clean and cosy. The food is also amazing. Even when the restaurant was full the service was fast and we didn’t wait for anything. We were with a baby and the hotel provided all the needed furniture. I will definitely go back again.

Great Swimming pools. For the outside pool, good luck securing a place with a shade. Congested restaurant (buffet plated by staff). Drinks very expensive (perhaps most expensive I have seen for a hotel in Bulgaria). Overall would recommend, but not in a high season when hotel resources are highly overwhelmed by the number of guests.

Everything all experience have been absolutely amazing. Customer service, all guests places were clean and new, food was delicious absolutely best place for spa tourism! I am giving them 5 stars!

The hotel is one of the best thermal spring hotels I have been to in Bulgaria. A little pricy but definitely worth it! The dinner and breakfast are usually included in the price and they are really good, all you can eat buffets. There is a big variety of food, lots of meet and local dishes as well (i. E. Banitsa). There is area for kids as well as a variety of SPA facilities and thermal pools. The rooms are really spacious and cozy. Ask for a view towards the mountain, it is breathtaking!

No mather the price, the hotel is etalon of hotels. Personal, condition of building and rooms is wonderful, spa, restaurant, food and view are at very high level. Only problem with this hotel is, that its very difficult to stay any other hotel in Bulgaria, as it would be difficult to stay in hell after paradise.

A perfect place for proper holiday. High level service. Perfect SPA center, clean and everything works all the time. Very polite and responsive staff. Big rooms with beautiful views to mountains, delicious BIO food and very good red wine in addition.

Great place, still new, everything is done with taste and good materials. For the treatments, just go to the desk and ask. Staff is very friendly and willing to explain everything in fluent English. Start booking your treatments as soon as you arrive or you might not have them the same day. Wellness center extremely clean and spacious (open from 8-20). Inside and outside heated pools are connected, you can swim outside in December with view on the mountains. The restocking of the buffet is a bit slow. We didn't mind to wait but if you're in a hurry, you better go as soon as it opens. Great bar with fireplace (closes at 23:00)
