In the pool cold water, it says that it has 30 degrees, and there were not even 20, they did not even have water temperature meter. Food and rooms was good and clean.

Quite clean, View, Big rooms, good food, great breakfast. New Years Gala was not our best experience. We didn't know the menu until we arrived. We considered that only one glass of wine for the whole night was too little for 70 euros. We got our money back. Water was flowing from the shower. Spa workers don't speak english. The pool water is a bit cold (like 23 degrees Celsius, even if they say there are 27 degrees). Even the breakfast was gorgeous, the coffee was horrible. Lucky us we can buy a good one from the bar. Even if the dinner was perfect, water was not included.

Bad smell inside room. Unfriendly attitudine from the people working here.
Bar services — you are not allowed to sit in that area if you don’t make minimum consume of 20 Leva/person.
Can’t wait to see the SPA.

So disappointed. They blame so many people about stolen. I pay 10€ extra about a towel which even use. Dont book it.

Comfortable apartments, very clean and neat, wonderful spa complex, good restaurant. The stuff is very helpful, attentive and friendly. Great location as well, next to a river, at the very beginning of the Pirin mountain, fresh air and calmness. Great place for a holiday with family and children.

Great place! Very large apartments, great spa (pool, massages, jacuzzi, steam room, gym). Staff was extremely nice, always very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it!

Veri good hotel compare with price paid. Big rooms and nice mountain view. Pool and spa are ok. Breakfast good enough. I will recomand this hotel for families with kids.

Clean spacious huge rooms with a balcony. Fresh mountain air. Very calm. Excellent Wİ-Fİ, good Bulgarian kitchen, place for kids to play. Much more than an average tourist expects, really. Loved it) ) )

A perfect place for a short summer getaway. Our room wasn't properly cleaned though.

Very nice staff. Appartments are clean and spacious. Breakfast was almost same every day but it was delicious. Spa is nice too. Around 7 minutes walk from the main street. Only flaw is that check in time is not flexible and it is strictly at 14:00.

The hotel in general deserves respect, we did not regret, we really have apartments.

Was in February. By and large liked. The Breakfast is good. For better not to come too late because the food is already poluchila and do not add food. We had room 2 room. Well, very big. Even half-empty. To lift walk too far. In the area there are many restaurants and cafes. There is a pool sauna and do a very good massage. We did every night. In General the hotel we ponravilasj. However at the check-out asked to stay i. E. They had to check the room. Although I don't know what you can take! Well, it's the little things.

Great hotel, price-quality is impressive, the service is impeccable and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had an awesome view from our terrace and really enjoyed the spa!

The pool and the spa are very nice. The rooms are big it is a nice place for everyone. The food is not the greatest, but it does the job. The Wi-Fi wasn't working everywhere when I was there.

Nice hotel. It has an indoor swimming pool. The food in the restaurant was good. Far away from town centre but still walking distance. Big spacious apartments.

Great place to bring your kids. The spa and pool are open from 10 am to 8 pm Great view.

The hotel and the rooms are ok, the relax area its nothink to impress, water in the pool was cold. The food in the restaurant is ok but men waiter who was on duty during our stay was very inpolite. Definitely we will not be back and I will not recoment it to our friends.

Great place, good food. The hotel doesn't have its own ski rental sirvice, and use other company which is 10min on foot.
