We were disappointed because it wasn't as it is promoted on the website and Booking. We've been there during the first week of January: — The Spa Center was not working. A second smaller one was open but was under-functioning with a number of problems (cold swimming pool, not functioning jacuzzi)
— Room didn't have a hair dryer, which we requested at least 10 times without success
— Best of all: room didn't have hot water for 2 out of 3 days (during winter! )
— The internet was non-existent on the 5th floor
— Breakfast was unacceptable (outside the hotel because the restaurant was closed)
— Staff was not particularly polite.

Just a solid disappointment. The restaurant, swimming pool and SPA are closed.
Yes, we were given vouchers for breakfast to the restaurant next door, made a €10 discount for the night, but a visit to the SPA (mid-morning) in a nearby hotel for three is €25.
Heating-electric heaters in the rooms. At night you wake up from the parched whole-face, mouth, nose.
Toilet (sorry for the details) — sitting, and the laver rests on the chest.
Door-with traces of burglary.
The red price of this place is 25-30 € per night.
Not recommended.

Excellent and minutes from the Gondola.

Cons : Impossible to get a Wi-Fi signal for more than 5 minutes. Breakfast : croissants were cold from the day before and the variety was really small. There were only 2 toasters for 2 slices of bread to heat so if someone was already heating his bread you would w8 for 2-5 minutes for sure. Also there was one waiter who was asked to bring some more bawls for our corn flakes and he said " eat in those plates" showing us the flat plates. Pros : Very close to the lifts. Massage facilities are pretty nice and Value for money. Room was clean, warm and we had new towels, sheets etc whenever we asked. Reception was really helpfull and the whole service in breakfast and dining (except from that one waiter). There was also another waiter a bit shorter than other who was really polite and helped with the pictures was asking the tables if everything was alright etc.

Great place for family whit kids! Worth for the money!

Dont't know about winter season, but during the summer — it is a lovely place! Must try. Apartments are big enough, clean, it is quiet, the staff is friendly and it is cost effective. I recommend the place.

Very good price/quality ratio, because I booked it through an agency that offered vouchers. Me and my friends where pleasantly surprised by the rooms and quality of services provided.

Two star is really too low for this hotel. Staff is quick to respond, rooms are clean. Towels are changed every 3 days, but additional towels can be brought to the room for a small fee.

Amazing location for the Gondola or getting into Bansko, at the most a two minute walk even with ski boots on.

I am very disappointed of this hotel. I was here for four days and nobody have cleaned my room and brought a toilette paper. Also, there are 12 blocks (sections) of this complex, the spa center is in 7th, the restaurant is in 1st, the reception is in 4th block, and wherever you have to go, you have to go outside your block and walk through paths covered with ice and snow.

I think these are the rudest most dishonest staff I have ever met in any hotel. I just cannot believe people like this can work in a customer service position. It is a shame because the building is in a great location.
