Fabulous hotel in Brasilia within walking distance to the huge city park, numerous malls, artisan craft center (weekends only), and great restaurants. There are several towers to this hotel — the main complex and others that are more like a residence. I was in Block F which has a small kitchen-like facility, separate bedroom and beautiful walk-in changing room. The room was very quiet and breakfast was served on the first floor each morning. For those of us who love the gym, the hotel allows entrance to the local Evolve gym which is a great facility complete with super modern equipment, fun atmosphere, and group classes. The main complex has a beautiful lounge called the Churchill and the surrounding area has a pub, spa, and plenty of ATMs and nick-nack stores. It is an easy 10-15 minute drive to the city center during rush hour, nine minutes at non-peak times.

That's a fair accomodation, what impressed me the most was the vet big room, the shower and bed are good but not awesome and one bad point is the air conditioning, at least for the the block "F", where I were, it's very noisy, fortunately it was not hot so I turned it off but in the summer it can really be an issue. Other than that, good room service and great breakfast.

Great Hotel. Spacious rooms. With hairdryer, good bed, alternative pillows and a great breakfast we got a good promotion. Only point to improve the parking that is paid. Near the hotel there is an area to be able to leave the car.

Where do I start? Clogged toilets, clogged sinks, no hot water, every kind of noise you can think of, no running water, poor service… this is easily the worst four star hotel I've ever stayed in. Maintenance on the building is terrible and it shows. The managers don't seem to care because if you complain, nothing happens. All this for $160/night. Stay at the B hotel instead, it's brand new.

Was a guest for a couple nights at the hotel. Since the check-in, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, smelled good. The bathroom was clean. Everything on the room worked as intended. It is very well located in the city, on a central region, close to a mall. It has a parking lot on the basement — which is very organized — but it is a bit expensive (it's rates are not included on the overnight rate). Other than that, it was a great experience, everything as promised. Overall, a very positive experience. Recommended.

The location is great, near 'eixo monumental' Square, local commerce and two malls. The room was big, clean and quiet. The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of delicious options! Highly recommended!

A good place to stay the night. The hotel's service it's excellent. All the things in the room are in an excellent quality and everything there can make any guest feel in a comfortable place.

The hotel has 3 towers with the same name and is very confusing to find out in which one you are actually booked. The personnel was not helpful — actually rather unfriendly. Services at the reception early in the morning were not available as they only start providing services as of 7:00 AM. Further my toilet and shower had problems. Finally while I have been a member of the Melia rewards since 2009 I had no advantages from it so far — not to say that is not even clear they are accounting points for me. I come often to Brasilia, but that is the last time I stay in this hotel.

Good rooms and services, I loved the brakefast, os in Center oficial the city with a good mall next.

Nice place to be — near shopping centers, restaurants, museum, downtown, national park, and stadium. You'll love it too.

Meliá is the best hotel in setor hoteleiro sul. The location is great and the rooms are big and clean. The staff is very polite.

I was on Melia Suítes and is executive hotel, is not the best hotel of the city. It's very well located but have some problems, for example my Towel holder was broke and I found all towels on the floor, the menu of room service it's really bad. But have a good space distribution on the room, the bed is great. I recommend with care.

Excellent hotel at a great location. Near tourist places and also a shopping mall (Patio Brasil). The hotel is very clean, the staff is very well mannered and helpful. The rooms, restaurants, shops, Wi-Fi everything is great!

Only the best hotel experience I've ever had. The room is ample and spotless, well lit, comfortable and soundproof. The breakfast is fresh, served with good quality items and very diverse. I love it here! Most surely coming back.

Super helpful front desk and nearly all speak English. Clean rooms; mine in Blocko B, had two patios with great views. There is a bank downstairs that takes foreign cards and the kebab place across the street is cheap and delicious. Easy walking to parque da cidade. The morning breakfast is great. Wi-Fi is free.

Love this hotel! When located close to everything. Walking distance to the Tower and Patio Brasil Shipping Mall. Great breakfast! Large confortante rooms. Swimming pools are small. There's several restaurant inside free hotel complex.

On business travel, at the Melia Brasil 21, during the period of 09-21 through 25, 2015. Its central location is perfect. I want to express the deepest regards to Alex, the manager, Arianna, the guest staff support and Damio. Alex has created a well-rounded team with an ear to listen, and a fluidity in execution; Arianna is a wonderful source of local information (Lewis and I took full advantage of her knowledge in good restaurants-quite a number are present in Brasilia), and Damio was instrumental in allowing me to use the pool, early in the morning, and prior the business meetings I was going to engage in! Thank you so much for your attention and Brazilian sense of conviviality. Blandine.

Wifi works very badly! Breakfast is good. Shopping two blocks away is a plus! Very cold rooms in winter with no heater! Only a/c…

The rooms are very comfortable with a nice view. They have a nice kitchenette but no silverware to do much with it. There is a very nice park nearby the hotel with an affordable carnival, volleyball courts and massage tents. What I despise about this hotel is the internet. If you are attempting to get some work done with the internet this is not the place. The internet drops off and if you put your computer to sleep you need to reconnect. I have an iPhone, iPad and computer and it was maddening the amount of time I wasted attempting to keep my devices online. I went so far as handing my iPhone to the front desk staff and they were very frustrated thinking they could get me online, but failed. If you want to workout/exercise in the hotel this place is the worst. I am not exaggerating, this is as bad as it gets for a gym exercise facility in a hotel.
