I stayed in the hotel for a short business trip, and everything went well. No complaints about meals, facilities, staff and location, definetely would recommend staying there.

I had a wonderful night at this hotel. My room was very comfortable a everything works fine. Breakfast was really good also. I paid a good rate for one night on booking app (less than R$ 200, 00 with breakfast included for me and my wife). Would stay again without any doubts.

Educated employees, helpful crew, comfortable room and really nice breakfast (lot of options and tasteful).

Excellent 3 nights 30 Mar — 2 Apr. They claimed they don’t do 3 person rooms, but later when 1 of us had left they kindly gave free upgrade to “exec” twin room having separate living room with sofa bed. Very peaceful & comfortable. Wi-fi fantastic & breakfast superb.

Extremeally cold air conditioning, during late hours is not safe around. Clean and new building, good conference room.

Simple, but effective. Don't expect too much luxury here. But it's decent for a quick stay.

Good locarion and excelent room services.

This hotel is really rather nice, rooms are clean large and modern. We even got an upgraded room to give us good view. A good breakfast buffet as well. Why one star? We took advantage of free bike use in the lobby and suffered a potentially very serious accident when the saddle on snapped off while riding. Fortunately no traffic was coming when my wife was thrown into the road. We had to put bikes in taxi to get back to hotel. We examined the saddle and it was clear this accident occurred due to poor maintenance, or a lack of care in preparation, as the saddle had a clear wear break in its structure. The tires were also showings signs of serious wear, suggesting a poor level of maintenance. They did not offer an apology for supplying potentially dangerous bikes, not did they offer any apology or show any concern whatsoever for the injuries sustained in the accident. No offer of paying for taxi fare. What they did do was ask us to pay for the damage. Any hotel group large or small with customer care and customer relations at its core would firstly ensure any bikes were well maintained. Then in the event of a mechanical failure resulting in injuries perhaps offer an apology. Even after pointing this out, no apology or assistance (use of first aid kit, for example) was offered. Just a begrudging removal of request to pay for damage.

Good rooms. Good food. Excelent place.

Slight disappointment with the gym which is really very small for a long stay and with breakfast where there was no toaster for the bread of Mie…

Comfortable bedding.
However:
-Bathroom a little austere, lack of charm;
— Restaurant in construction, medium-sized alternative;
— Breakfast room quite noisy and without cachet. A little decoration would make it more enjoyable.
-Hallway rather noisy when people talk about it.

No line to check in and check out and Mr Heilton made the checks very fast with great attention and provide water to me. The room is large and clean with a beautiful view of "esplanada dos ministérios" and Catedral.

The room was good. You should tell your guests IN ADVANCE that your restaurant is doing up. Next time I will go to a different hotel. Not yours.

Good quick check in although the chairs in front of the reception desk are awful. It's like you're sitting on the floor. Also the corridors to the rooms are very dark. The room was fine, very spacious although it felt a little dated in terms of decor. I'm not sure why they put the bed in the middle of the room. The hotel is undergoing refurbisment so some of the downstairs areas are out of use. I had the buffet breakfast that was also adequate but nothing special. The hotel is convientient for everything in Brasilia.

1. The sink faucet had almost no water 2. I couldn't and nobody could reduce the air conditioner ventilation 3. It was almost unbearable to sleep with the noise of the air conditioner machine in the balcony 4. Waiters fumbled and rushed to serve breakfast. When I arrived to have breakfast, hadn't at least one clean table (i arrived at 8:00 am). 5. No body lotion in the kit to the guest 6. Despite of the restaurant is very good (Coco Bambu), had no soup for dinner. I arrived late in the night and I was dreaming with a soup before bath but my dream did not come true. 7. The shower's floor was grimy.

I was really satisfied with the hotel I stayed in in Brasilia. The shower was spacious and comfortable, the bed was nice, and the A/C worked well. I liked having a balcony and a desk behind the bed as well. The number of pillows and towels was satisfactory. I was please to find a TV, fridge, and minibar as well. The one thing I'd improve is the sink didn't drain very quickly, which would cause buildup of water in the sink. Also, one of the days my towels weren't fully replaced.
