It's one of the best located spaces on São Paulo, but it's a old hotel. Yeah, is clear, is relatively well keep. But you can see that is a old space. I like and recommend but need be renewed.

Its a Nice hotel with a lot of history. Michael Jackson for an example was here in the 80's. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and I like very much the breakfast. Also they have the option to make events inside the hotel and they have a pool.

Very good hotel, but the check-in was terrible both times I've been there. Last time it took one hour after I arrived, because the rooms weren't ready, and they were extremely disorganized. Left a really bad impression on an otherwise good experience — the rest of the time the staff was great.

Great hotel to stay in this area. Restaurant and bar serve good food and drinks, live music with piano during the evening. Rooms are good in size and Wi-Fi is decent. Staff is friendly. The need to improve the check in and check out process. It takes too long.

Great location rooms are recently renovated however bathroom needs atention with its original fixtures.

Excellent place. Beautiful lobby, well spoken staff. Has a helipad on top too so incase you are rich enough you can land one on top. Placed well between Rua Augusta & Paulista Avenue. For the price I paid I think it's best value for money. The lobby I can speak of for the whole day it's so cool.

Very good place but it is a bit old. Check In takes at least 30 minutes if you're lucky.

In the mid 1990's my company booked this hotel and I am totally ecstatic to have been able to return. The staff is staffl the same and great as ever!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Perhaps you could improve your lunches as they "bore" on the third day.

Rooms are very blah. The mattress is like plywood. Hard as a rock. But room service is FANTASTIC.

Large facilities, cared enough. Paulista Avenue, one block away. The sector in general has shopping malls and shops with nice but expensive things.

Room was clean and that was the only good thing. Took 45 min to check in then took another 1 + hr to check out. There was no way to just leave your key and go even if the bill was payed, you had to wait in line. Almost missed our flight waiting. And finally the decor is out dated, might have been nice in the 1970’s but I️ don’t think anything has been changed since, I️ felt like I️ was sleeping in my grandma’s bedroom.

Completely worthy of 5 stars, if it weren't for the beds. The air conditioning worked fine in my room, the elevators required a key card to work so it's secure, the Wi-Fi was easy to log into and worked well, the breakfast was good. However, the pancakes had a weird taste to them and, most importantly, the beds were very uncomfortable. My neck is sore on both sides because having 2 pillows wasn't enough, but having 3 was too much, plus the bed felt like a board which is great for some, but terrible for me. So thanks to all of its amenities, it gets 4 stars. However, because sleeping was a chore (which it shouldn't be) I cannot give it that fifth star.

Very nice hotel. Staff is great. Location is also good. Very close to Paulista Av. MASP museum, restaurants and malls. Food is very good at the hotel. The only things I had problems with were that the pillows were not very good and the shower broke and maintenance had to replace it which made me stay in the room for like 1 hour. Overall, great experience. Would definitely stay there again.

A hotel that has everything to be of excellence, but its "old age" should be made "youth" and renew it to be better. He's a great Hoyle. I liked.

Best choice in São Paulo. 5 star rated. Excellent.

Events area could use a retro fit or at least a face lift. Security and space are top notch. Restaurant is nice though if could also use a renewal.

Good location, reasonable rates. Rooms could use a bit of updating but current state is acceptable.

The Maksoud Plaza is great place to stay and the location is great. Close to Masp metro and a great bakery across the road. Everything is of a good standard if you get a good price. The breakfast is not the best had better a lower star hotels. If you have to pay for breakfast better to go to the bakery across the road a far better option. Saving is that you can order tapioca and omletes fresh made. One problem is if the weather is bad in the winter you will need a couple of layers of clothes or a scarf to keep warm as there is no heating in the breakfast area which does not make it very five star. Otherwise great experience and fantastic location on the paulista.

We went there for a meal at the weekend. The restaurant service and food were great. There lobby looked wonderful. There is a general good feeling about the Hotel. They tell me there is good live music (Jazz) on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. We will definitely return for that. Congratulations to the Maksoud Hotel team!

Staff was pleasant but the beds were hard! No clock in rooms. Free breakfast buffet was nice with variety. Coffee was excellent. Location is great… Off of the main Blvd, Paulista, with lots of shopping near by and a very nice mall directly across the street from the hotel.

Location is great. Close to paulista and a 24 hour grocery store. Wi-Fi was very reliable. The computer in the lobby didn't seem to work well. Rooms are spacious and newly renovated. Only thing I was missing was an iron in the room. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly from check in to check out. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo ao metrô Brigadeiro. Quarto limpo e silencioso, staff bastante solícito e check-in/out rápidos. É particularmente adequado para estadias de negócios — uma work desk com cadeira de escritório, cabo de internet e porta USB energizada tornam o trabalho bem mais confortável.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious and functional. Despite the age of the hotel, everything is going very well. In addition, the base of the hotel is amazing.

Location is excellent; breakfast buffet is excellent; staff is nice and attentive but hotel smells like mold-visable mold on the ceiling of my room.

This is a very traditional hotel of São Paulo. Beautiful, but a little bit old. Well located (close to Avenida Paulista) and Jardins. The airport bus stops here.

I want to warn anyone who wants to stay in this hotel. I was cheated the guarantee fee here. I checked in on August 7, 2015 and paid the guarantee fee when I checked in for 2 rooms by credit card totally 1000real. When I checked out on August 17, 2015 the reservation said to me he will return the guarantee fee. But when I came back to Thailand, I found this hotel return guarantee fee to me just 500 real. And I was charged by credit card with 500 real. I have been trying to contact the reservation to check it for me. Unfortunately, there is no answer. So, I think this hotel is trying to cheat the rest of guarantee fee. Please take a caution if you want to stay here From guest who had been stayed while WorldSkills Competition @ São Paulo Event.

Okay location but anyplace that charges for ice is just looking for any and every way to steal ur money. Old hotel also! Spend the extra couple of bucks and stay somewhere else.
