The breakfast could be better. The room and bathroom are clean and large. Small TV tho.

As instalações são boas em geral, o problema que tivemos foi que ocorriam 2 eventos ao mesmo tempo, um leilão e um evento de colaboradores de uma empresa, onde a poluição sonora atrapalhou um lado e a necessidade de conter a geração do barulho atrapalhou o outro. Houve uma falta de organização ao aceitar os dois eventos ao mesmo tempo.

For the price, I expected a little more from the service, nevertheless it was a good experience.

I went to a group dynamic as a candidate for a trainee job. The hotel was very clean, beautiful and comfortable. The staff was also well prepared and very polite.

Staff willing to help and that's a great thing because we were at room 711 and an issue with the AC was causing some annoying noise. They promptly arranged a room next to ours, so moving was really easy. Nice bathroom size. Breakfast is ok The only thing that I have to complain are the cleaning. Out bed sheets were somewhat dirty with some hair on it.

We loved both of our stays at the Panamby. It is a pleasantly surprising oasis — gardens, birds and trees tucked in the middle of an industrial landscape. From inside you can forget you are just a mile from the airport. The staff spoke passable English — better than most in Brazil — the rooms are big and clean, and the food was excellent. The common areas are a nice place to be social. As bird lovers we loved the area to the back of the property where we saw many varieties of exotic birds. Again, all very surprising given its location but we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks Panamby!

Cozy hotel, Breakfast is great. People is friendly and receptive. There is taxi transportation in the lobby and the bar is a good option for fast food and good drinks.

O hotel é bastante agradável, limpo e organizado. Quais espaçosos e bem decorados, banheiros amplos e cama confortável. Excelente isolamento acústico. Bom café da manhã.

Hotel muito confortável e extremamente acessível por estar perto da marginal Tiete. Atendimento excelente e agradável. Restaurante muito bom para pequenas e médias recepções.
