Suites simples, para dormir somente atende. TV de 28/32 no quarto, canais de TV aberta. Toalhas de banho bem desgastadas, mas bem limpas. Localizacao boa e proxima a Jorge Bey Maluf. Tive um pequeno problema com a agua do chuveiro que nao esquentava, entretanto a recepcao resolveu rapidamente ligando o aquecedor.

Decent rooms at acceptable rates. Noisy… Strongly suggest side away from the street. Internet although connection is weak and slow. Breakfast included is typical Brazilian. Regular beds were uncomfortable however the rooms and hotel we very clean and well kept.

Theo location its good because It is in the Center If the town. Hás a good reception André good bedroons.

This is a nice Hotel. I have stayed here on company business three times. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The suites have a small little kitchenette that features granite counter tops. There is a mini fridge, two burner stove, and of course a sink. It would be nice to have a microwave. I'm guessing that you could have a microwave be brought in as I know you can rent a washer. The bathroom also has a granite countertop. The bathrooms are very clean. The major drawback of this hotel compared to what I am used to as an American is that there is no heating or air conditioning. Fortunately, in may few trips here It has not been too bad. If you have a suite you can open up the windows and the balcony door to get a cross breeze to come through and there are ceiling fans. In the wintertime you can close the windows but there is still fresh air vents in the kitchenette that can't be closed. I imagine (and have been told by colleagues) in the summer the rooms can be a little uncomfortable. The service is good. I do not speak Portuguese but they are able to speak a little bit of English and try real hard to help out. The hotel does have a very nice little restaurant that serves a complementary continental breakfast. At night you can also get dinner at the restaurant. The restaurant is clean and simple with a large granite buffet table that all of the meals are served from. The kitchen is visible behind a glass wall so you can see that they keep the kitchen very clean.
