Excellent service and facilities.

It's is a traditional property in the Japanese district… There's a effort of keep it up to date… We like the restaurant that offers a nice japanese buffet at lunch time… There's a Spa with a good sauna and shiatsu massage… There's a parking service with valet… Close to the Subway station… There's a karaoke bar…

A localização é ótima, muita variedade de restaurantes e cultuta oriental. A cama é muito mole, muito ruim! O quarto não foi limpo quando pedido e um funcionário entrou no quarto sem autorização para repor o frigobar, que também não funcionava muito bem. Não foi uma das melhores experiências!

Bem localizado. Estacionamento acessível. Participei de um evento, local amplo, arejado, bem iluminado.

Estive no nikkey Palace hotel para um almoço em família. O buffet por peso oferece uma boa variedade de pratos orientais.

Funcionarios muito simpaticos. Só achei que a agua do chuveiro poderia ser mais quente, mas estava numa temperatura boa.

Located at the heart of the bairro da Liberdade in São Paulo, the Nikkey Palace is close to the commercial side of the neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are very comfortable and its bathrooms even has a ofuro type of bathtub. The attendants are kind, and they speak in both portuguese and japanese, probably english too.

The location is great to those who are interested in the Japanese culture, for being the heart of the neighborhood of freedom. The rooms are good, there is air conditioning and tv. The service is also good, the breakfast is included and there is traditional japanese food (like miso, rice, and natto) in addition to the traditional brazilian food (such as fruit, juice, bread, cheese). Recommended.

Atendimento ótimo, dependências impecáveis, ao estilo japonês, com estacionamento e restaurante, além de um bar karaokê, sauna e massagem, quartos confortáveis e serviço de quarto completo, irei de novo com certeza, café da manhã com opções de comida japonesa.

I was staying at this hotel on March 2017 and the experience was wonderful. The breakfast buffet is very good and includes every day very very rich fish. The tub in the room was the most. For sure when I return to Sao Paulo I will return to this hotel.

Nikkey Palace Hotel is a very nice Hotel. I've been there many times and I'm willing to return. Located at the centre of Liberdade neighborhood, the hotel is close to all main attractions. Very clean rooms and great room service.

Nice hotel at liberdade neighbourhood. Old rooms. Very good asian restaurant and a pretty and small karaoke. There is also a good sauna.

Hotel bem localizado com ótimos ambientes para palestras e reuniões, salas amplas e um buffet ao estilo da Liberdade. Senti falta apenas de mais ar condicionado nos ambientes comuns (fora das salas)

Vou com freqüência ao restaurante do hotel para almoçar. Recomendo!
