Até um mês atrás eu só teria elogios ao Motel United. Sou cliente, me hospedava lá em várias idas a São Paulo e, apesar de alguns probleminhas (chuveiro difícil de esquentar, pouca água na torneira), sempre achei que o custo-benefício valia bastante a pena! Porém, na minha última ida ao UNITED, ao entrar, o portão eletrônico baixou e quebrou um pedaço do teto do meu veículo. Na hora, o gerente se mostrou solicito e combinamos de conversar e resolver pela manhã. Ao sair do Motel, o gerente não se encontrava no recinto, mas eu confiei em sua palavra e fui embora acreditando que resolveríamos em acordo informal nos dias seguintes… Hoje está completando um mês do ocorrido e já fiz inúmeros contatos telefônicos com o gerente do estabelecimento, mas ele só vem protelando o ressarcimento dos danos. Registro esse fato aqui, esperando que as devidas providências sejam tomadas.
