Good place to sta, close to downtown, great restaurant.

Breakfast very good, with a lot of options. Rooms very nice. Attendants very careful.

Very nice lobby and rooms. Staff is generally helpful, kindy, polite, nice customer service. Rooms utilize space very well, and bathrooms are large and incredible nice, ar conditioner is good, check-in and check-out is always quick and the Hotel Novotel has a very good location.

Hotel Corpotativo, ideal for staying in a cyan, participates in the Convention center.

Good hotel, in remodeling. Ideal to work and go to the expo. It has free transfer to the shopping. Good rest for a quick dinner good prices and international food.

The hotel is quite nice, modern, contemporary, luxurious inside. The rooms are well-equipped, modern and comfortable. I was inconvenient because I went with my husband, 9 year old son and 16 daughter and they wanted to charge me another room because we were not supposed to be together. I could get around that Porq went with another marriage and did a castling, but to take me off. To. Aron the reserve as well and there wanted to charge me a plus for the girl. After claiming a little I was rewarded but not the. Question. It is not a family hotel, it is far from the centre and very close to Guarulhos airport. The check in is very long… The pool is beautiful, covered and heated. Very nice restaurant.

It is convenient if you are attending business event close by. The staff is awesome.

Very comfortable its rooms… a very warm and ideal place for your business. It has a downtown mall offering all the facilities the place and has shuttle service and a small taxi cooperative to the side in case you are in a hurry. Very close to the train station and close to the city. Very clean and very new. Very friendly staff and you can pay with cash.

Very big, staff seemed to be aloof and would not respond to queries. Check in and out very slow.

The attention of the restaurant is Lentisima, it took an hour ten minutes to bring the dishes since we ordered them. They brought a single plate of the four and at twenty minutes they brought the other three. The tickets are lowercase and expensive. Pedi blinis of smoked salmon and was crumb of bread with a stain of salmon above the size of a ring, came five slices only, really a scam and even more for the time they were taken. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent place, no complaints except for the Wi-Fi. It can be so unstable sometimes.

For a relatively low cost business hotel, the quality is great. The rooms are very spacious and the buffet breakfast is very satisfying.

Really nice hotel with easy access. It was perfect for me because of the location, near to Anhembi Arena where I was attending a concert. Nice shower and very confortable bed.

The room was clean and comfortable. Room furniture quality, medium.
Attention in restaurant, very slow to bring the requested and slower still to withdraw. Small menu and Buffet, but fair. Breakfast, much to improve!
In general, they are friendly, but lack attention to detail, which lowers the experience of the customer.

Be pleasantly surprised by the warmth and speed in the attention of the hotel reception staff.
Arrive in the hour before a meeting marked near the hotel, had doubts. If I would arrive on time, but the excellent and quick attention at check in I was able to get even finally ahead of the meeting.

Great location for conventions at the Expo Norte. Clean if a little dated rooms, nice lobby, and a very good restaurant on site.

Great and friendly staff, nice sized and comfortable rooms. The shuttle to the shopping center and expo center is very helpful as well. However, I don't recommend the food there. Go out to the city and get better local options.

The hotel provide better service such as accurate security especially in the rooms and all part of the hotel, the rooms are bigger and well decorated, delicious foods and other attractive environments such as swimming pool, gym and others I have just mentioned few things but generally the hotels incredible.

Hotel was niecly located close to the fair. Dinner was great but checkin and friendlyness of the staff at checkin was very poor.

I always face long lines during my check inn/out at Novotel Centernorte. My last stay (last week) I had a problem with my bill and the payment I have done on the check inn must be canceled at check out (unbelievable). Hope the hotel can improve the process to avoid customers to choose other neighbor alternatives. Thanks Ronaldo.

Nice hotel, near to Shopping mall and Norte Expo Center. Very Courtesy staff, big rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast and excellent Pizza at their restaurant (a must try) Good gym facility and excellent swimming pool.

Renovated the restaurant and a part of the reception. For the rest nothing has changed. Comfortable, nice though the bathrooms in the rooms would need a "date"

Despite a hiccup with Booking they manage all that beautifully.
This was the best value I've found during my stay in Brazil
