Food is amazing with room service. Housekeeping works so hard and so attentive! Concierge helpful, great front desk teams. Everyone knows your name… guest services, doormen… all of them are amazing especially Wellington! Truly a pleasure coming back at The Tivoli Mofarrej.

I was attending an event and it's a very cozy place. Outstanding service and very comfortable installations. I've no idea about the fairs.

5 star treatment at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Their uniforms always tidy and clean. The lobby is welcoming and always has a new theme on the table in the Centre of the lobby Ample place to sit and wait. Just off the lobby is an elegant restaurant that has a bar area and seating around warm and cozy tables The pool leads off form the restaurant with loungers available. The lifts are modern and stylish Rooms are definitely bigger than most hotels I have been in with marble bathrooms. Name branded shampoos and soaps also displayed next to a living plant in the bathroom. Coffee machine available with pods (there is a charge for the coffee and there is no milk in the fridge) Breakfast is an experience from the top floor having a wonderful view of the city Buffet has a huge selection of pastries, juices, cold meats, cheese and salads Eggs any style also available. The Brazilian coffee is my highlight ‼️‼️‼️

Very nice hotel with great service, elegantly decorated, professional and helpful staff. The restaurant is very nice with great service. The local area is bustling with businesses, shops, groceries, cafes, and restaurants. The bar area is well stocked and serviced as is the pool area.

I was on an gym event in the top of the hotel. The view is really really amazing, never saw so much of São Paulo before! Also, the hotel is really fancy, all the workers were really polite and helped me when I needed. I would recommend it.

Come and have a drink at night to overlook the city. Super.

The hotel is fabulous. The event room is really pretty with luxuous furnitures, carpets, windows with awesomes view to their gardens. The location is in a. Paulista, one big commercial avenue in São Paulo near to subways and in a safe neighborhood. Unfortunately I've been there to an event and didn't have the opportunity to sleep there.

Nice clean hotel. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Within walking distance of grocery, restaurants, night life, etc. Room are clean and comfortable. Windows drapes block out the sun fairly well.

The reception area always on point. Good décor. Attention to detail. The rooms are very spacious. The best place to have breakfast. The location of the breakfast area is located on 23rd floor and it gives you the view of the city. One of my favourite hotels.

Be careful not to accept a room near the elevators as they are noisy.

One of the best hotels in the city, Tivoli Mofarrej is grand, luxurious, and modern. Located in the Jardins neighbourhood, a high class area of the city, the hotel is close to a great number of restaurants and clubs, the MAM (Museum of Modern Art), and the Paulista avenue, one of the two hubs of business activities of São Paulo. The convention areas are spacious, well lit and furnished, and count with a great staff to make your event the best it can be. There is plenty of parking, and if you are not renting a car on your trip, there are luxury cabs waiting at the door. Definitely recommended.

Food (breakfast on the top floor with a nice view) of very good quality. Unfortunately located in 1 room located near the elevators (room 612) to strongly discourage if you don't like the noise unexpected. The go and just endless elevators in the climb descents are very noisy! And this late into the night. Problem with the toilet also. Rise to smell kind of sewer because the sewage problem for the with the flush. All the rooms located near the elevators must have the same problem of sound insulation. Disappointed not to have had commercial gesture for this inconvenience. It was proposed to me, however, a risk of falling but we were in a connecting room and had already installed all of our affairs, and only for 2 days so we done with.! For a city hotel I found this to be rather " limited ". In Spite of everything stay fast but friendly.

This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and very helpful. The lounge is great with a live jazz band most nights. The area around the hotel is great with lots of good places to eat.

Great hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is central near Paulista. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room service and restaurant are superb. Pool is great for sunny days. Gym is nice as well. Great value.

A great service, Food and drinks, with very good professinals ready to attend us any moment, just a few minutes of Paulista Avenue.

The hotel is very beautiful, well organized. The coffee break was incredible, and the space held up 200 people. Everything was great and the staff was very well prepared.

Very nice rooftop terrace! Service awful. We waited 2 hrs for a table, we had a drink at the bar. Very tall waiter rude and didn’t want to wotk. The other waiters gave no attention or eye contact. They need serious training on customer service. We finally got a table and it took 1 hr to bring the food! As an international traveller, I would not eat there again nor recommend it. It’s a beautiful place to stay and have drink! But the service is awful. I think they are “ too cool for their own good”! Tonight I went to the sky bar at hotel unique. Great service, friendly and nice views.

I was lucky enough to have a short stay at this stylish and very aesthetically designed hotel. From the stunning entrance and lobby — together with one of the most beautiful bars in whole Sao Paulo (and there are lots:-) — to all the other flawlessly featured places inside : This is of course one of the best places you can choose for your stopover in Sao Paulo. Give it a try. You won't regret it…

The rooms are beautiful, spacious and quiet. The matrasses are superb. Perfect. Not too hard not too soft. The all round views from the 23 rd floor where breakfast is offered are breathtaking. Love this hotel.

I was only for a social event, but I can say that the hotel is in an excellent location, near MASP Museum and a large network of train and bus.

Extraordinary service provided by an amazing staff. Beautiful, stylish deco; great accomodations; excellent food & drinks. I like it so much I'm gonna get married there! ;D.

The structure is fantastic. The waether was very cold, then hot water was coming out of the taps.

I attended an event in this hotel. I wasn't hosted at it. But my impression is that it's a very pleasant hotel, is nicely decorated and is very fancy. The restaurant food is amazing.

WARNING: this place is racist. Very famous in Brazil. Only for whites. If you're black stay away.

The hotel security stopped Carl Hardt from get inside the hotel because he is black. What a shame for a business, specially in the hospitality area. Corporative racism. I'll never will put my feet there!

Lobby: stylish and glamorous Location: convenient and central Rooms: practical and clean but feel old, like they have been the same since the 90s Gym: Excellent grade gym with a nice vibe and good activity on part of the community around the hotel who are members.
