I stayed at the hotel one night and it was very correct. The facilities are quite modern, including the gym, and the spectacular breakfast, especially the Japanese area. The staff is very friendly and made our stay very pleasant. The location is not bad, near the avenue Paulista and surrounded by restaurants. A good hotel.

Fabulous hotel in the financial heart of Sao Paulo. The breakfast was excellent. Gym correct. Friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms. Look, there are works behind the hotel.

The only reason for giving a 3star is their rooms. Very beautiful and spacious rooms but that is all. Very very poor service and equally disappointing food. Wouldn't come back here unless I really have no choice.

Great place to stay. Very friendly, multi-lingual staff. Excellent location close to the Avenida Paulista. Rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds and linens. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff is attentive and efficient. Something I will not share or understand is never that need to put duvets but outside there are 28 ° to then put the air conditioner to the top. It Is an unhealthy fashion imported from the USA, is irrational and only benefits the electrical contaminants. Are We idiots? Don't We question anything? Can't we think? And then they tell you that if you want to work with the environment, don't use a lot of towels! Of course, but start by setting an example and put a thin blanket suitable for the weather!

Great Hotel, excellent standard of attention with receptionists in English, Spanish and Japanese. Excellent menu and full breakfast and great variety. Outstanding special for the rooms, spacious and well organized, with a powerful shower. Special mention for the pillows that hug you!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Superb service and luxurious accommodation. Very well situated. Within walking distance from restaurants and a mall.

An Intercontinental… Although the rooms are a little below what you usually expect from this chain, the staff is very attentive and professional and has a varied and superb breakfast. The gym is quite complete and with a very large schedule. Swimming pool… pool only has the name.

I was there attending some jobs interview at this hotel. It is luxuous in most part of the room allocated for this event. The only part that I think broke the status quo of this place is the springler system instaled, which is not covered. The meetering room, it's access, the stair, all of them with carpet and very clean. The walls well decored and they even have some rooms to project video presentations.

The event area of Intercontinental is very good and well sized. The hotel is placed in a perfect area close to everything, and a block from a Starbucks. Eating at the hotel is expensive as expected, but the food is amazing.

Amazing hotel complete with upscale rooms and all the amenities required from a five star hotel. Great location too. I was most impressed with the consistently high level of service from the front desk, concierge, and cleaning service. Some detractors: lame pool area, useless doormen. But the hotel was a worthwhile experience, and the executive lounge on the 20th floor is worth the splurge.

The staff has been great. The room is clean and I've enjoyed access to the lounge on the top floor.

Very nice hotel, super close to the Paulista Avenue (2 min walk) and at a 5 min walk to a metro station (Trianon). The rooms are well kept, and the service provided is very good. The staff is kind and welcoming. All in all, the hotel is a great place to stay in Sao Paulo, and I totally recommend it.

I Loved this experience. Me and my wife went there to our honey moon. They made a excelent reception and a unique and romantic personalization in our room. They have multi language professionals so this is an excelent option for strangers. Their restaurant have a completed menu and the food is delicious. I recomend pasta. Theys have vallet service and room services. The room instalations are complete and well organized. I recomend this hotel.

This very nice hotel possesses the charm of Sao Paulo with its contrasts. For example you can see from the window of the breakfast restaurant a small detached house right next to a building with more than 30 floors… This is Sao Paulo so complex and simple at the same time in its true nature. The staff of the hotel as the inhabitants of the city are of a pleasant kindness. I love to come every time I go for work to Sao Paulo is an elegant and quiet place to rest after a hard day's work.

The high standards you’d expect from an intercontinental. The room is very spacious and quiet, and the bath and shower very good. Breakfast was excellent, and lots of choice. They have free bike rental, which is a nice touch, and a good gym. Highly recommended.

Large rooms. The air conditioning in the room does not heat, only cools. Breakfast is ok but can improve.

Spacious rooms with one of the best showers I've encountered in a hotel. Large breakfast bar. The concierge is very helpful in navigating the city and calling ahead for reservations (and letting places know an English-speaking party is forthcoming). Free bikes are available to borrow so you can ride around.

It is near the Trianon Masp subway station, which is in Paulista Avenue.

I'm a gym rat and this place has one of the best gym I've ever found in a hotel. Wonderful equipment for all muscle groups.

Very good hotel, especially its service. The bar is full of great options for those who like cocktails. The rooms are comfortables and the check in and out were extremely fast. A good tip brings a good smile.

It is a very complete hotel and well located next to the Paulista Avenue and near metro Trianon. The staff is charming and the. Facilities seem to be refurbished recently. The breakfast is spectacular and very complete gym.
