Old but a fabulous place to stay. Old rooms but do give comfort. Fantastic lobby, tasty restaurants, rich breakfast and overview from the front balcony. The beach can be reached easily through a tiny road. Location for calm and inspiring moments.

The service was wonderful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The food is delicious and varied, with both local and international food options. The service at the pool and beach was always great.

Lovely food. Great position. It feels a little rundown, but that may be intentional.

Casa Grande is right at the Enseada Beach, a really good location not far from the city center. All the rooms and bathrooms were conserved, clean and really good. The service was always excellent.

Theo placar os really nice and the service fantastic. A great place for some days off ir evan just a dinner. Recommended.

It’s a nice hotel in front of the beach but it’s pricy and the food in the restaurant was regular for the price. We had an issue with hot water in the bath in the first night! There is a nice Child Care service available with no additional fee. Not planning to come back soon.

I went there for a conference in Dec 2017. This resort was excellent. Although not all employees spoke English, they tried hard and were extremely kind and patient. The restaurant in the resort is excellent. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were all amazing. There is one swimming pool and the place is directly across the street from a really nice beach.

Here for the first Pan American Congress of Nanotechnology. Enjoy the hotel environment and the beach, good place to relax and make new friends. Also great food, by the way.

Thais place has only good location. Very pricy and nothing of facilities is included in the payment. I couldn't use Spa, I had to pay extra money. My wife was giving me a company as she is Brazilian and she supposed to leave after few min to her family home. The customer service called me for having extra person in room. Once a worker open my door while I was sleeping. There is no free coffee, even no free water. The room was very small. No iron available. No bath tub.

Very good facilities, wide room with a balcony, good amenities. Friendly staff who spoke English, but the service could be better for a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was included and also very good. Beach service was available too.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The included breakfast is wonderful and includes items like made-to-order omelets and a fresh fruit and juice bar. I wasn't too impressed by the hotel's affiliated cafe or Thai restaurant, but there are other food options within walking distance. You're really here for the beach though, aren't you? It's steps away and monitored by attendants that will set up chairs and umbrellas for you. Room air conditioning is somewhat limited in the smaller rooms and I didn't have an iron or ironing board (and neither did the front desk when I called down). But the location can't be beat.

Stay at this place every month but looks like they to not value returning customers. Tonight dinner was nit well served and room very far away.

Excellent place very attentive in everything. Excellent cleaning. Comfortable. With a lot of services for families with children. Ideal for the rest of the family.

Wrong beds in my Room, the staff took too long to bring our lugage.

Very well located, features a nice pool and a big bar. Decor is a bit kitsch but the rooms are good and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Awesome location, next to the beach. The meals are excellent. Rooms are very comfortable.

Very good service. The beds are good and the rooms reasonably spacious. You can have breakfast on a terrace facing the ocean. There is a good infrastructure for children.

Great beach resort with nice up to date rooms. Staff was excellent and everything was like till should be. Used the pool, tennis area and restaurant. Loved it and will come be. (I was during off season, I can believe when it is fully booked, it can be different, but that is with everything :-) )

De maneira geral, não recomendo a estadia. O hotel deveria ser incrível há uns 10 anos. Agora, tapetes desbotadas, vazamento no banheiros, porta rangendo, ar condicionado super barulhento, decoração aquém do requinte de hotel 5 estrelas. O atendimento, serviço em geral e alimentação são itens que despontam, estes sim, em qualidade.

This is an amazing hotel. I visited this hotel during a scientific meeting in 2014. Best place to experience the beaches of guaruja.

The resort is much more expensive than whatever it offers. For instance, it's chilly outside and they didn't even turn the pool's heater on. They say it's broken. The winter is coming and there is no choice of heated pool for children. What do you expect from a resort? The employees are great, but what to do when the main director only thinks of money? And they are part of the Leading Hotels of the World. I thought that was a serious survey.
