Cockroaches everywhere. I woke up with one under my pillow. Aircondition too noisy. Ants walking around the breakfast and inside the cakes. They gave us 1 towel for 2. The bed can't fit 2 people. Smelly corridor. The door locks are poor. Never cleaned our room for 4 days. And after all these when I asked them if I can leave 2 hours later they told me that I had to pay extra. Never go to that hotel.

Um rapaz da recepção foi bastante atencioso, ajudando a localizar um transporte para o aeroporto com bastante bagagem. Porém, o hotel não dispõe de muitas informações sobre serviços de transporte. Eu não sabia que era possível agendar junto ao aeroporto para buscarem as bagagens, o que devia ter sido feito horas antes. E o hotel não me forneceu tal informação. O que faria a diferença para mim, trazendo maior tranquilidade.
