It's a hotel with a service. Located a few steps from Lapa. The cost benefit is excellent as well as the very varied breakfast with various options of breads and fruits. Recommended for those who must spend the night in the central part.

The staff is incredibly helpful and the rooms are spacious and clean. Francis was very helpful whenever we had a question on needed directions.

The hotel is excellent, the people who work are very friendly, the room is technological, comfortable, has frigobar, safe, air conditioning, the bathroom is very nice and comfortable, the shower great. I played room on the 8th floor and I didn't hear a street noise. Breakfast is very full and rich. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel with nice views. Especially from the terrace, where there is also a large gym. The pool gets pretty short with its unique depth of 1. Twenty-five meters.

The same day we arrived at the hotel, we went out to buy for less than an hour, when we came back we had been robbed of our room all the money we took, the hotel did not want to show us the cameras and was not responsible for anything, 0% empathy for the tourist, the manager a 0 to the left and the staff very thieves, nor the police did anything, apparently in the hotel are accustomed to do the same because they know that the tourist is going for a short time and not lose it in long procedures.

We loved staying in this hotel, its rooms clean, comfortable and the food very rich.
Around its bohemian neighborhoods, bars, music, people dancing, food. Definitely very good.

A total disappointment!
Had a reservation already paid for 4 months… we got very tired after 2 days of travel and they did early Check Inn, when we went to the room it was busy! We were told to expected until they clean a new one (there was already a list right across the street, but not yet because they didn't want to give it to us) we waited 4 hours until finally and 45 minutes after the Check Inn schedule that has the hotel we got a room, they were not able to be honest and at least give us the chance to go for a walk around instead of having 4 hours waiting, above when we got to the room had no view, looked out the window, asked for the change and took 5 days to give us ball, And above we got a room with a view but much smaller than the previous one… A mockery… the receptionists of the night wash their hands and do not give solutions, and the morning are incompetent (I repeat, we had booked for 4 months, we were not surprised). The receptionists are the worst of the hotel, unpleasant, none speak Spanish, and above are not trained or informed of what the hotel offers where they work, the rooms are very small and uncomfortable, the same bathrooms, the entrance cards are live blocking, the Pool is very small, breakfast is not varied at all and you get killed with the air conditioning, the area where this hotel is horrible and dirty, and does not pass by any collective. The only good thing, the buttons, friendly and attentive.

Eu e minha namorada tivemos uma infeliz experiência neste hotel. Primeiramente, ao chegar, o quarto estava com um péssimo odor de esgoto vindo do banheiro, mas que atingia o quarto todo. Na manhã seguinte, ao chegar no térreo para o café da manhã, não havia pratos para servir, sendo que algumas pessoas já estavam esperando. Demorou cerca de 10 minutos para que os pratos chegassem (contando a partir da minha chegada, não sei há quanto tempo as outras pessoas estavam esperando) e eles estavam molhados e alguns ainda um pouco sujos. Tive que ir selecionando um a um até achar um com melhor aspecto, o qual ainda tive de secar com guardanapo. As opções do café-da-manhã no geral não fogem do básico, ficou abaixo da expectativa. Não havia xícaras disponíveis para tomar café. Quanto às mesas, não havia uma mesa limpa disponível: estavam ainda com todos talheres, pratos, etc a serem recolhidos e estavam com bastante farelo, inclusive nas cadeiras. Nós mesmos tivemos de tirar o que estava na mesa para que pudéssemos sentar. Agora o ponto negativo mais forte, absurdo e constrangedor veio no final: ao realizar o check-out, solicitei ao mensageiro que trouxesse meu carro à porta. Esperei por cerca de 15 minutos, até que ele apareceu dizendo que estava havendo algum problema, que meu carro não estava ligando. Chegando lá, os fios de um sistema de segurança que há no meu carro estavam rompidos!

Good hotel. Comfortable, economical and good restaurant. However, the location in the Bohemian quarter requires caution when you come back very late if you are travelling with children.

The Hotel was very chiquitita and clean. The area is just to get around in Uber.

Excellent spot in Lapa 10 blocks from downtown. Very Good bar-rested that they own. Never go to the restaurant in front they cater you very badly.

Great location in Lapa; ideal for night life and exploring Rio. However the hotel lacks in many areas. Room cleaning is an issue and the gym in particular needs attention. Individual members of staff are delightful, but communication is poor. The food at breakfast is monotonous. We stayed for 9 days so we got very bored with the selection. It's particularly poor for vegetarians like me.

The 2 day to be here in Rio, all day pass it out and Q I was on a tour and when I get to the room was the floor completely filled with water my travel luggage was all wet with cell phones and part of the clothes and the only solution Q gave This hotel was washing my clothes and Q had been a negligence on part of them, other than that the restrooms are disastrous the toilet is not well done I really did not like this hotel… For these reasons and Q is supposed to boking have an average of 4 stars is not what Q seems so I do not recommend.

Very clean and proper appearance and good service. The rooms and bathrooms are pretty clean. Outside of main season very reasonable prices!

Granada Hotel got good and clean rooms and nice facilities. It's located in Lapa, which is a good area to go out rather inexpensive at the evening without security concerns. The next metro station is 10 minutes away, but fr the airport a taxi is a better choice.

The hotel is very well located. It is close to Lapa and the attractions of the city center, and Santa Teresa as well as close to Santos Dummond Airport. The rooms are large and warm, the staff is very friendly and care is taken to ensure that guests' needs are met. The breakfast is of the highest quality and there is still a restaurant that stays open until late at night, as well as the bar, located by the pool, on the terrace. The cost benefit is optimum.

As camas são desconfortáveis bem como os travesseiros, o lençol que teoricamente deveria cobrir a cama, não cobre, parece um pano improvisado e jogado em cima das camas. O café da manhã é excelente e foi que animou após uma noite horrível!

Overall it was great. I'd like the restaurant to have the menus in English or Spanish as well. Also, including some vegetarian options would be great. The evening restaurant team was excellent. I give one star less because one day cleaning of the room was forgotten and even though we complained three times no-one cleaned it. Reception and Bellboys were very kind and helpful.

Excellent reception, attendance very good, good breakfast but waitress that making food repositions at breakfast, it's always moody.

Atendimento muito bom, boa localização. Pontos negativos: ar condicionado muito barulhento e colchão muito mole com molas que incomodam.

Fomos super bem atendidos, estamos no quarto 406, o que desagradou é a questão do ar condicionado, que não gela o suficiente e é muitoooo barulhento. E outra questão é o colchão de mola, que as mesmas machucam.

Bom hotel. Localizado pertíssimo ao TRT.

Localização do hotel muito boa, café da manhã também, porém os atendentes e funcionários são arrogantes e sem vontade de atender os clientes. Chegamos tarde no hotel depois de preenchemos uma longa ficha, nos mandaram ir a um quarto, nos entregaram os cartões e ao chegar no quarto ele estava ocupado, dava para ouvir TV e pessoas falando, depois de termos reclamado na recepção o rapaz descrente nos acompanhou novamente até o quarto e constatou q realmente havia outro hóspede, sem nos pedir desculpas nos deram um quarto no andar mais baixo e para chegamos ao quarto um segurança nos acompanhou, pedimos para segurar o elevador que iriamos pegar nossas coisas, ele simplesmente nos disse que não era obrigação dele segurar o elevador e que o prédio servia mais de 600 pessoas e não podia segurar o elevador. Como assim eram mais de 00:40 já não havia movimento no hotel, tínhamos que subir com nossas coisas e não precisávamos de um guarda costa arrogante que começou a discutir conosco nos corredores até nosso quarto. Na hora do café da manhã outro desrespeito com hóspede, um funcionário foi estúpido quando minha cunhada quando ela fez uma simples pergunta, qual era o sabor do suco? O rapaz virou pra ela é disse, está escrito ali não está vendo?, observação, minha cunhada tem problema na visão. Voltou para a mesa toda sem graça. Realmente não saímos de lá por conta do horário e da viagem longa do dia e estava com minha filha de colo já dormindo.

Pessimo atendimento, recepcionista e segurança (Gabriel e Gilvan) arrogantes e mal educados, mandou-me para um quarto ja ocupado causando-me varios transtornos, demora na recepcao, descaso e humilhação.

It is a good hotel in Lapa, central area of Rio, surrounded by great pubs. However, you better watch out when walking in those streets, especially at night, because of The robbers. The rooms are cozy, not very large, but confortable, and the bathroom are clean. They are secure too. I had a great time there!

Staff very friendly, nice roof terrace with swimming pool from where you can admire the statue of Christ the Redeemer. I don't really like the area especially after 21. The hotel itself.
