This is a good place to stay in Petrópolis. It's quite near the touristic points of the city.
Fui ao Hotel para passar a virada do ano novo em Petrópolis. Todos os quartos estavam ocupados, porém, mesmo assim atenderam o meu pedido de manejamento de quarto (minha vó viajou comigo e eu quis que ela ficasse num quarto próximo ao meu. Eles colocaram no quarto do lado). Pelo clima frio da cidade, me foi disponibilizado um cobertor, porém eu tenho alergia, pedi um edredon, que chegou em menos de 5 minutos. Meu quarto não era suíte e o banheiro era coletivo. Não houve uma vez que eu entrei naquele banheiro e ele estivesse sujo. Sempre muito bem limpo. Eu fiquei com minha namorada no quarto, a principio seriam duas camas de solteiro mas eles juntaram e virou uma grande cama de casal. O ponto mais forte, pra mim, foi o café da manhã. Farto, embora não contemplasse itens incomuns. E o que mais me chamou atenção foi a grande quantidade de sucos, todos frescos, da fruta. Nada de suco de caixa. Minha namorada passou mal e, por ser ano novo, não encontrei farmácia aberta. Um funcionário do hotel cedeu o próprio remédio para ajudar. Só não recebe nota máxima porque a cortina não cobre devidamente a janela, deixando muito sol entrar (o que atrapalha o sono) e porque os bolos do café da manhã estavam muito secos. Se tiver que voltar a Petrópolis, com certeza consideraria me hospedar lá novamente.

People are very, very kind. They try to understand you, to help you. It's not a five star hotel, but they do whatever they can so that you may feeling very very comfortable. It's a heartfull place.
