Lovely quirky hotel in historic Paraty.
A pousada é bonita, mas o serviço é de tão péssima qualidade que a minha experiência do lugar foi completamente arruinada. Ao chegar minha reserva não foi encontrada e o atendente estava sempre com uma cara blasé que parecia que eu estava pedindo esmola. Se tentar usar o serviço de quarto esqueça demora horrores e quando é entregue. Espero que melhorem a qualificação dos funcionários pq até então a equipe conseguiu me decepcionar enormemente. Não voltaria de novo em Parati.

The hotel has a cosy and homely atmosphere. The decor reminds me of a cottage English home. The reception is small but next to it is a large lounge with scattered comfortable chairs that is welcoming and relaxing. The rooms are on the smallest but clean and comfortable and a walk with walk-in shower and basic toiletries of soap, shampoo and conditioner. It has a narrow winding garden at the back that leads to the swimming pool and bar. The buffet breakfast food selection is good with fruits, cold meat, eggs and pastries. The staff are helpful and friendly. The the historic town main centre is right in your doorsteps that it is ideal for going out at night and exploring Paraty which has a very vibrant night life. Streets cafes, wine bars and restaurants and small boutiques and souvenirs shops. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend the place.
