Great place! Near Rio de Janeiro. Great to go with guys as the beach bordering the resort is very quiet. In it you can see the fish and there are aquatic activities. They offer you boat rides. It is a very familiar and quiet place. It is easily accessible to get by car from Rio.

The pool is the best, along with the food services. The beach is beautiful and quiet; Children enjoy feeding the fish, while adults swim, make standup paddling or kayak. Activities for all tastes at all times: Aquagym, Zumba, night shows. Boat rides (with cost aside: R $150 x Adult) highly recommended: You pay by card at the hotel at the same price as online. Dramamine to reach the hotel as the route with its infinite curves more dizzy than any motorboat.

Excellent all inclusive. Very fun place. Excellent service and variety of meals and drinks. The pool is beautiful and the beach is ideal for swimming with fish or snorkeling. From the beach there is a path that leads to another beach. We took a beautiful boat and toured wonderful places in Angra… Like the Blue Lagoon and the island of Caras. The rooms are very spacious and the double bed iincreíblemente large and comfortable. We are very satisfied with the place where you see that you have several years. There's a football field on the top floor. I would suggest they provide a rinse cream. Just that. Otherwise thankful! L.

It is a category hotel with important green spaces, small but beautiful beach, located in a nature reserve. Some of the services that it offers should be better if we consider the category of 5 *. It was the first time we chose a resort with all inclusive system, so it could be said that the Gral experience was positive.

Beautiful place. Landscapes and nature. Very rich the whole menu. Too bad there are many children and there are no adult areas.

It lacks maintenance, both to the building and the garden, you notice the lack of staff.
The shows are very scarce and they are put on the dinner schedule.
With regard to the meals are tasty but little variety, many stews nothing of international cómidas, after a couple of days you do not know what to eat and worst of all is that dinner schedule is until 22:30 HS and if an hour before you finish a dish or fruits in gral no Reset.

Nice place but it is very uneasy the transfer and q are three hours collective. Since last time Q I noticed that the beaches were contaminated. The hotel staff were very friendly and friendly.

It was a new experience for my family and we are really super compliant… surpassed our expectations at 100%.

The hotel could not be said to be a 5 star as it is promoted. The rooms require a little more maintenance. We cannot say exactly what it was, but in our stay we went 12 people and occupied 4 rooms and in 3 of them some of us suffered bites inside the beds. The menu is almost always the same and is very Brazilian style. It would lack more international variety. The pool restaurant is excellent for all-day snacks; Fries, burgers, pizza was the most consumed by us. The beach and pool bars offer a variety of delicious drinks!
Perhaps you lack a little more night entertainment and animation for children that is a little more inclusive, as the activities were only Brazilian boys.
Should have a shuttle service to the center, as being quite far away the only option is to expect a bus line that passes over the entrance street and you have to do more than 100 meters uphill to get there.
In our stay we had 3 dinners in the restaurants but we could only access 2 as there was no more fit when we went to book. (and that they had told us that the reservation was on the same day, we just got it for 3 days later)
Finally, the hotel has plenty of room that you could take advantage of to offer more activities to your guests to spend a more fun stay.

Very good rooms. We arrived and they give you ticket for three nights in another restaurant, I go the other day and only at maximum there are two places. Internet only in the reception and very limited collectivity. On the second day I did not walk the soda vending machine of the restaurant and had Q ask Q to replace the bottles all the time.
The pool was very good.
The beach looks like a lagoon. Q Not like the waves this is the place we went to talk to the manager about the restaurant theme, I think Q was not 30 years old and zero resolution ability. The rest of the Q work are very kind in synthesis is a hotel Q lacks enough to be what you sell or pretend Q.

Took us about two hours to check in. I think the staff should be more attentious to the guests, for a better experience and knowladge of the resources and structure that the hotel has to offer.

Wonderful place! The hotel is very comfortable, it has very good facilities. The attention was so cordial.
The permanent music in the pool is something to consider. Except in the night and dawn, it is difficult to enjoy the silence and the sound of nature.

All Inclusive with similar benefits to the Caribbean but to 3hs of plane from Buenos Aires.

Might be a bit expensive, but absolutely wonderful and worth every penny, best option in Rio!

Amazing place to stay at nothing bad rly to say great meals and food + u can get food whenever u want to or ice cream sweet stuff and more there is a big swimming pool and a fitness room great people I will definitely come again.

Ótimo resort! Quartos bem aconchegantes, comidas e bebidas boas, poderiam melhorar o buffet, mas de resto muito bom! Recomendo pra quem quer descansar, a praia é super tranquila!

Staff does not give information to the passenger on meal schedules and other issues. Most of the things learned them from talking with other passengers. Very good although the temperature of the room was extremely cold drinks and food.

Great place, however in January you may find hard access conditions due to the heavy rain (fallen trees, flooded roads, etc…). Food is really good and the service can be impacted by the extra effort the rain may impose. I have no remarks to it. Great place to go!

Excellent attention went with 2 little girls and there you have everything you need to make your vacation unforgettable if you go with children. I recommend it…!
