We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. The Front desk staff is extremely rude, makes everything difficult and unprofessional. There was no safe in the room when we checked in, and when we went to request a safe Rafael was extremely inelegant. When we checked out, Patricia said we should pay for breakfast. I had to show her the boarding passes to prove that that day, we were in Curitiba and it made no sense to pay for a morning coffee that we did not consume. The super crowded eh hotel pq has a convention center that always has movement. The levedor always comes packed. The avenue is very busy and the windows are not soundproofed because the hotel is old and the rooms are very noisy. Terrible experience! I do not recommend it if you have paid out of pocket and are not being paid for your service because of a conference. Dah to note that the management does not want to improve the service because they receive the congressmen.
