Very good place. The pools are excellent. There's a game room for kids. The rooms are very comfortable.

Good: Nice and picturesque, very green, well maintained spaces, quite large terrain and ample common spaces. Nice outdoor pool and heated pool in conditions. Very good breakfast, varied and all of quality.
The bad: We rented a Suite x a week Q would be in Campeche, was on the ground floor, upstairs are the family Chalet… super annoying the constant noise seems Q was running or hitting who were there… It is quite annoying Q not control q The guests do not disturb others with the noise every time Q were there…
The cleanliness is not daily of the room, what Q do daily is to tend the beds, sometimes they took the towels and sometimes not, so q we had to ask for them, they do not have good cleaning service of the rooms as advertised.
To be noted and to keep in mind: when we booked in booking we got an offer at the time to reserve a "special price" of $913 and when loading all the data from the credit card we were billed $10.900… x which we made the reservation but wanted to pay when we arrived at the Hotel to clarify this point… when you arrive at the reception they told us Q they have nothing to see… with the offers of booking, q the price Q we had to pay was $10900, Q we had to pay X 7 days Q booked and N booking But Q the offer was of booking not of them…
Q always booked in booking in other lodgings always pay the published price, in this case not.

Excellent, all services work, amenities are the best, there is Wi-Fi everywhere and good quality which according to my experience the unusual in Brazil, its staff is most attentive… That more say that excellent.

Excellent place in all aspects, safety breakfast two heck a heated, sauna, games room, landscaped, daily cleaning!

The very nice hotel, an unparalleled natural environment, the special flora and fauna. The attention of the girls at reception great. Highly recommended if you go by car or you can drive in Uber and bus because they are a little far from the things and the central beach of Campeche. But after that it's very nice and we'll be back.

The beach is ugly and access to the same horrible you have to go through a graveyard to go to the beach.

Staff was friendly, pool is nice. Breakfast is good as well. Rooms are small and outdated. Looks better on the pictures than in real life.

I went in 2012 and I loved it and I see it improved a lot! They serve you spectacular and great food.
I highly recommend it.
