Visit the hotel and the swimming pool was out of service there was not even a notice or anything that would prevent enter. The room I got was very old and the receptionist kindly I assign one of the new that was very well equipped but without the internet. Since the receptionist had warned me by what you accept. The breakfast was perfect.

Excellent people at the front desk. They gave us all the information needed to have a nice stay.

Excellent attention. At all times they gave us directions for places to eat, buy and walk. Spotless Hotel with large rooms and air conditioning. Take it easy.
The parking is a luxury 24 hour security.
Full bathroom impeccable.
The pool was very comfortable.
Breakfast very rich and plentiful.
Super recommend.

Economic and according to its price. You can see improvements but it lacks a little more to be excellent. The staff were very helpful. Swimming pool to improve.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is very complete and assortment. The hotel has been recycled and has to improve something. TV in Portuguese and a single channel in Spanish. The parking lot is on the sidewalk across the street. The pool we couldn't see. The air conditioner was quite old and we struggled to make it work in heating.

We had a great fun. Pool closed. Good breakfast. Very good care and the hygiene re good.

Very good Hotel in some respects. Spotless breakfast just like the new rooms next to the pool.
The bad thing I found when I arrived was that the Wi-Fi did not reach my room, the TV only had one channel and it was in Portuguese.
The pool was dirty but anyway it is a Hotel with a very good service. I only give to improve those aspects, go ahead!
I only give it three stars for the rooms that are next to the pool and breakfast.
At night I found a cockroach in the pool 05/01/18.
Today when I woke up I found a cockroach near my clothes, that is very low level for a hotel, I under two stars for this reason 06/01/18.
I hope they get better.

Dentro do esperado. Não é um hotel de luxo, mas é ótimo para pernoitar. Limpo e organizado. Na cidade há um hotel melhor, mas mais caro, e não vale a pena. Há também outros mais baratos, mas muito feios. A garagem fica do outro lado da rua, em frente ao hotel, e depois de algumas vagas ocupadas, os carros tem que parar no corredor da garagem, e fica ruim para manobrar. O Wi-Fi do hotel é ruim. O café da manhã é ok, mas poderia ter uma sanduicheira.

Great rooms. Good mattresses, good linpieza. Expectacular Swimming pool. Receptionist and very friendly and cordial workers. They accept pets. I would definitely go back to that hotel. Improving breakfast is acceptable but … being Brazil can be super improved.
