Very good, clean, cozy, central, the employees are very attentive, I am satisfied.

The location was nice, it is a very well located hotel in the center of the city. They had a decent breakfast, not plenty of options but enough to please different people. The room service was nice, everything was neat and tidy, but the bathroom had a few flies that could be a turndown for some, and the glass door for showering was kinda lousy. The staff was very nice and supportive, which is nice The only thing that was a real turndown for me was the lack of noise isolation in the room, so every night I was able to hear people chatting in the hallways or people singing and talking by the pool, which was five floors below my room.

Rooms are spacious and clean, though furniture is slightly outdated. Room structure is good, but TV channels are not in HD and the hotel apparently lacks something as simple as an HDMI cable.

It is a very comfortable hotel, very executive and with a location that allows you to go for a walk without problems for the best shopping and shopping streets of the city. Although for business I was located in this hotel, find out the cost/benefit ratio and it is very good. The hotel is adjacent to Dr. Pedroza Street, Beautiful street, safe and very commercial. If you walk to the Plaza Rui Barbosa you can easily access by public transport to all the tourist places of the city. Recommended.

Excelente localização. Ótimo atendimento, os quartos são bons, em especial os flats. Mas a manutenção nos quartos não está em dia, teto e parede descascando, tampa do vazo sanitário semi-solto… Café da manhã bom, mas esperava mais opções. O Ibis aeroporto (Curitiba) possui mais opções no buffet de café da manhã.

The locations is the best possível, the plase is great, the food is amazing, but the room care service hás its troubles.

Buenas habitaciones, son muy amplias y limpias. La ubicacion es centralizada y de facil aceso. Sin embargo, el atendimiento en el restaurante es pesimo; tardaron mucho a entregar mi plato y lo cambiaran equivocandose.

Sempre que ia a CWB me hospedava no Hotel Batel. Mas a última estada me causou grande má impressão quanto a higiene. A pia do banheiro estava entupida de cabelos, e o bidê quase entupido de excrementos. Jamais voltarei a me hospedar lá.
