Didn't informed at the reservation that rooftop pool area was closed, despite advertising loads of pictures of the area and views.

The staff is very friendly how it is customary in Brazil, we never notice on the work of renovation being carried out (either by the travel agency where we hire in the city of Mar del Plata #tropicosviajes) so that, in addition to not being able to use it with the solarium and the swimming pool (from we arrived until today that we are going and that are included in the value of the package), the noise of the machines that start before 08.00 AM, to really make the experience quite unpleasant. The place is comfortable (taking into account the price — quality relationship) and the accessibility to the beach is the icing on the cake. Good place, always and when to consult or be informed of these things ahead of time.

The location is very good. Each room is spacious. It is located in Praia Du Centro.

Beautiful place, we had a divine stay. Sadly the date we went were doing repairs at the hotel and it bothered a little noise. The room had many ants.

Very good place. Are type apartments, there is refrigerator (not frigobar), breakfast room with two sidewalks, good wardrobe, TV and air, balcony with hammock to hang. The staff were very friendly and very nice. Excellent!

It is a 3-storey hotel, facing the center beach. Its location is great with respect to the beach, even though the weekend gets pretty crowded. In addition, it is in the middle of other beaches allowing with tide Vaja to visit beach of the dolphins and of the lovers. The equipment in the apartments is a cooler and nothing else, so I recommend to bring a couple of utensils of kitchen.

Of the worst places I've stayed. The room had ugly smell, the bathroom pretty indecent, and the mirror cracked. The room had ants, the pool always dirty (which never use for obvious reasons), the breakfast very simple and one of the mornings the stiffs full of flies. I had to have breakfast outside because it disgusted the place.
The strawberry of the cake, there was no hot water because they did not get the boiler that heated the water, since it was broken and delayed to fix it. Of the 3 days I stayed, only the last I had hot water.
Due to all these mishaps, I requested at least a late check-out attention at no cost the day I was leaving, to which after a long negotiation, they agreed to give me until 18:00 hrs.
I saw only three employees who were not cleaners, a guy at the front desk who had the phone, and a man on the roof in the pool, and another who was always on the go.
The only redeemable thing is the location, because the rest is for oblivion.

Excellent place with exit to the beaches, good breakfast, ddesayunador with view to the sea,, rooms that do not give with the view, as the package had been sold with ocean view we asked for the change and they said yes no problem. I recommend this place!

For shuttle L Otel Pipas Bay means a dirty old taxi and not suitable for transportation of people or paid 250 reais for 150 at the airport you find better.
