➜ A Dream the place! Excellent service and very warm.
➜ The staff were very friendly and helpful. They didn't want to take care of us. Every day we changed the price of drinks and ususally the same always. When I realized and claim the waiter told me that they got confused and went to change. If I let him go through familiar, they'd rob me of money. 3 Days Pedi Ice They brought me the fourth and fifth day the same glass of ice charged me R 15 and not to mention the Pan R 20. Never again. I do not recommend the Bupitanga Hotel. The location was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Not to mention cleaning. They didn't clean the rooms they just ordered the beds and changed the towels. The floor full of sand and I stole 2 combs when I went to claim they said they don't take care of personal things. And it is also a 5 star hotel there is no Wi-Fi only in the pool and reception.

5 stars all the way. This was our first time visiting the NE of Brasil and after much research, we settled on Bupitanga for our accommodations in the Praia de Pipa area. The grounds of Bupitanga are beautifully maintained and our bungalow was spacious, comfortable and impeccable. We loved sitting out on the patio every day hearing nothing more than the sounds of the breeze and nature. The staff was very attentive and warm. We received great recommendations for excursions and local fare. Special mention to the staff especially Aylton who provided us excellent service during our meals and had also gone out of his way to find a replacement nebulizer for our son very late at night. I also want to give my warmest appreciation to the Simonetti family (owners) for making us feel part of their family. I highly recommend this to anyone traveling to the Pipa area and we will surely return one day down the road.
