A parte exclusiva a eventos do Praiamar é muito bem cuidada e planejada, com paredes móveis, caracterizando incrível flexibilidade do espaço, simplesmente muito genial. Serviço de climatização muito bem localizado, e um espaço enorme.

Big and beautiful place, confortable sits, not too hot for a place without air conditioning.

Great location and great food. Hotel is a bit run down though. Very nice and helpful staff.

I was two weeks ago in Natal hosted in this hotel! l very nice place, the hotel is good, especially taking into account the relation price — service. Has a more ancient that there is moisture, they are working with the masons and with only asking that you change of room, very kindly you solve the problem. The staff very attentive, the breakfast and the dinner, according to the price, this well-located, close to the avenue where there are bars and restaurants and the sea front. The best thing, the taxi driver that is always for every service, is called Tamandare, and is very diligent and polite. I had a very cute and I want to go back!

We are Argentinians and the food of the hotel has been malicima, only good breakfast.
The cleanliness is poor, in a week we did not change the sheets.
They are in permanent renovation so if you want to rest forget it the pools are good, girls but drinkable.
Ahh and the location is not close to downtown as I read, to get to the avenue you have to climb two super steep streets.
The staff were very friendly and friendly.

I stayed 7 days the first days of March 2018, with half board, would not return!, clean from regular to bad, throughout the hotel; In the room they only changed the towels, they did not change the sheets and only swept though not under the bed… ; Old and neglected hotel, the mediocre dinner meal reheated at times to crude… Small variety and although they promote dinner until 22 HS, twice at 21.20 hours began to lift everything to install the breakfast tableware… Very bad experience… I do not recommend it! PD: They never took to the room the remote control of the TV that we ordered the first day…

Salão de eventos para colação de grau era bem grande e espaço. Experiência positiva, ótimo lugar para realizar eventos grandes. A Wi-Fi fornecida não funcionava e a rede do celular também era um pouco fraca no ambiente interno.

O hotel possui um amplo espaço para eventos e comporta muitas pessoas, o único porém fica para o acesso pequeno, ausência de sinal de celular e impossibilidade de usar o Wi-Fi.

Malisimaaa. I'm still waiting for some waiter to attend me in the retoral. For 10 days I took the table myself, the drink was brought to me when I had finished dinner. Luckily I got an umbrella at a good price because it was raining deeper than outside. They refused to sell me a caipirinha because in the bar there was no ice and did not want to raise the waiter to the restaurant to look for ice… etc… etc… I still hope to talk to someone who me an answer… Thank you.

The Hotel is not very careful.
Bad Room cleaning service. They only tend beds and change towels the employees.
Sanitary bath covered. It loses water the shower.
The air conditioner sucks.
Door window that comes out to the inner patio of glass. It shattered and cut me a little hands. They never put a new one back. We sleep covered the outside by curtain.
Frightening smell of moisture and sewers.
A fright. Don't recimendaria.

It is not a 4 star hotel, we had to be ordering the toiletries, they forgot to place them in the bathrooms, towel, shampoo etc. We had a room for 5 people and they put a cot instead of a bed. We were on the top floor and the ascent came only to the previous one, i. E. A stair floor.

Lunch at the bar of Lá Pilota Estudo not well. Microwave-heated food.

We just went for breakfast. Quite complete. The watery games. The rest very well.

Excellent. There are always things to improve.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. It has some details that delay in lowering the water from the sinks in the bathrooms of the rooms, but the service of all the employees is excellent. Great breakfast There are for all tastes! The dinner is self-service buffet, also varied and tasty and delicious desserts! 9 points for me;)

They strive for 4 stars but complicated by being very big. Breakfast 3. Cleaning 3. (Curious place bedspread down Savannah top, bad mattress) Location 4. (not in the same point) Attention 4 (Do not manage Ch. King).

I was in event, animacon and the hotel have a great location, me and my friends had fun, in the hotel was nice and comfortable, and the event was wonderful, the hotel security guards were educated with everybody in the place, I'm so grateful for this Sunday.

Pretty decent hotel. Pools are a bit small and there is not much space to sunbathe. Rooms are clean but could be a bit bigger. Nice breakfast. The place is deserted pretty early in the evening already.

Excellent attention. Amazing place. Close to everything. All together in one place.

Very confortable. A good place to stay in Natal. It's next to the most famous beach of the city.

I have also just stayed in this hotel and I was quite disappointed. It's true that it is in a very good position, and the breakfast also it's nice, but for the price one would expect a better service. Every time it was raining I have drops falling in my bathroom, they've never asked me if my stuff had some problems because of this and they could not fix the problem (I had to put the trash near the lavabo to collect the water). I could not close very well the window in the bathroom so some drops were coming also from there. They were making the bed everyday, but the room was not cleaned everyday. They through away a half full bottle of water and my plastic bags, which I needed to put my shoes inside. When I did the checkout, they did not even say goodbye and I stayed there other 10 minutes because I thought that the procedure was not finished. Moreover, they don't speak English. The Wi-Fi-fi it's very very slow and sometimes it does not work.

Dirty hotel! We had a sticky spot on the floor that took three days of complaints to get them to clean. Of the four pools, two were filthy beyond belief. The pool by the beach had so much string algae in it that you could not see the bottom. The second floor pool had scum on the sides so thick that guests were playing tick tack toe on it. The two roof pools were dark colored so you could not tell if they were clean or dirty. Air Conditioning required attaching two bare wires together. We even found bedbugs (dead thankfully) behind the bed when checking out. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. They done't even realize how bad they are. Stay away however you can.
