The hotel is very good, the problem is that the pool is closed. Or hotel is muito bem, or problem and that the pool is interditada.

I put 5 stars because the hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is unbeatable, the warmth of the receptionist Nicholas is great, speaks Spanish very well that almost none spoken of here (but do understand). Positive aspects : very good breakfast, very comfortable, very varied, everything super abundant, with runners all the time nor does it lack that you get up. The room (I was in "top") excellent with a beautiful view, spacious, very clean and neat. Enjoys a bathroom also very modern and comfortable. The bed is excellent, super comfortable and spacious. The bad: makes 2 months that they are making spare parts because they came off part of the front of the hotel (ceramics) and because of that you can not use the swimming pool, offer you taxis (paid for already) to take you to a resort with 3 swimming pools and a bar for you to spend the day or the time that you want to, I went once, it was nice, not luxurious but the view of the swimming pool to the sea is a dream. It is expensive at the restaurant of the hotel.

Reasonable hotel, friendly helpful staff. A bit disorganized in places. Only 2 lifts for big hotel is not so good when busy, lacking a few things I would expect from a 4star hotel. No extra pillows, hairdryer, iron although available when you ask. Sometimes an issue with the water not working. Swimming pool out of action due to falling tiles from the building, closed for 8 months now. Satisfactory breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Would give 3 stars if not for the staff.

Excellent hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Permanently clean and tastefully decorated rooms. Nice gym. Very good dining room and excellent food service (particularly breakfast). Continuous quality control, important detail. Great detail its location, close to the best part of the beach and places to go out to eat, work a great avenue that allows you to quickly be in the center of the city. Further north and south change dramatically the beach and the atmosphere in general. Highly recommended.

Detestando o atendimento do Hotel, café da manhã muito confuso, espaço reduzido, garçons despreparados, comida muito abaixo do esperado. Hotel, literalmente, caindo aos pedaços e devido a isso a piscina foi interditada. Quarto com rachadura gigantesca no teto. O único serviço que atende parcialmente é o de governança, arrumação do quarto.

The hotel is fantastic, the facilities first, the restaurant very good, the attention excellent… A detail more important, is the swimming pool closed down by detachments of the ceramic façade… which makes it uncomfortable to stay (you have to move to another pool in a taxi)

It is a very modern with excellent rooms that have views to the sea, Close to the beach and restaurants. Good breakfast. I have no complaints.

Yep… it is a very cozy place… but nearby, you can find some better hotels; They're also expensive.

A localização é boa apenas. 3 quarteirões de uma praia que, infelizmente, não é das melhores (maré sobe muito e a areia tem um aspecto escuro de terra), e perto de um shoppinzinho de artesanato chamado Vivart bem em conta, com bíquinis, sungas, castanhas e lembrancinhas em geral. Fica perto também do restaurante "Camarões", possivelmente o melhor restaurante de Natal. Dá pra ir a pé tranquilamente. Acontece que, fora isso, o resto todo é muito longe e você provavelmente vai precisar de um veículo. O hotel providencia uma ótima garagem com manobristas confiáveis. Quanto aos quartos em si, são espaçosos, confortáveis, com ar-condicionados modernos e TV a cabo. Poucos canais, sendo que nenhum deles era infantil, então fica o aviso aos pais. Os banheiros, assim como os quartos, são espaçosos, com boxes enormes, e o hotel providencia shampoo, condicionador, sabão, hidratante e até uma touca de banho. Agora a melhor parte, o café da manhã. Sensacional! Todos os dias pelo menos 4 variedades de suco, sendo que laranja e suco verde (couve com limão, no caso do Golden Tulip) parecem ser constantes. Pães, torradas, geléias, manteigas, cream cheese, frutas, bolos, ovos mexidos e mais 4 opções quentes que variavam, dentre salsichas, linguiças, croque monsieur (um pão de forma com presunto coberto de queijo. Leva outros ingredientes, mas esses são os principais), café e até chocolate quente.

Good location. The staff is very very friendly with the drawback that they do not speak or understand too much English except some. Comfortable room with beautiful view. Just touched us to a time in the pool and the tables of the balcony of the bar can not be used and that is quite unfavorable, while they offer a transfer to another pool in another hotel does not seemed to us satisfactory that experience and it would have been exponentially better if these services were in operation, subtracts from the experience of the hotel. The breakfast is very rich unless the fruits.

Serviço compatível com o valor das diárias. Camas confortáveis e limpeza muito bem executada. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, apesar de poucas opções de bolos e pães. Localização em local turístico e sem muito ruído da avenida movimentada onde fica. Seria interessante a reativação logo em breve da piscina.

It is a nice hotel overall. They are expensive, but I just spent one night there. The breakfast is great and they have fresh tapioca. The room is nice as well. They have an amazing view.

Nice space, nice reception, near to regional places, restaurants and near to the beach. Very clean rooms and very comfortable… The best option in Natal!
