All. It is beautiful and the people in charge of it are lovely and super attentive. There is nothing to say negative 🤷 is absolutely 💚 beautiful.

The best of all the places to stay, the quality of the care highly re commendable, very friendly, very attentive, and considerate. Excellent cleaning of their rooms. Excellent food, varied, of great quality and taste.

Nice service and location.

Beautiful place, clean and comfortable rooms. The service spectacular, the people very friendly, although not everyone knows Spanish they do their best to communicate. The only detail to my liking is that some rooms separate a door and filter the noise from the side.

Very nice, pleasant, nice swimming pools and beach, ample breakfast.

Dinner and entertainment should be improved.

The restaurant was being rebuilt when we were there so both the breakfast buffet and any dinner options were being served in a large depreasing windowless hall with horrible acoustics and screaming kids running around. In the (late) evenings they had loud events for kids and terrible sounding concerts — all sound coming straight into our room through the glassless windows. Probably works for big families with kids who like lots of noise, but for a couple looking for vacation it wasn't anywhere as nice as advertised.

While the facilities have their years, they are constantly making improvements and everything looks clean, tidy, spotless. Everything is very comfortable, the grounds are beautiful and has 3 swimming pools, one of them glued to the sea.
The menu is very good, as well as the service in general.
But what makes us come back, and think of a possible 3rd lap, is without a doubt the RECREATION team, they are the soul of the hotel! Picole, Bombón, Amora, Alex, Bruno, Renata, Mazana… made our days fun! They treat us with affection and take care of my children as if they were their own, being all more relaxed. I hope to see you soon!
If I had to be objective and make a review, I wish it would improve the beach bar (the menu is good, but very slow the service) and without a doubt what we least like about the hotel are the shows, most are boring for the guests I met and for us 2 years old fri in the same way, it deserves replacement, they should have more international and/or Latin music at least, public participation in games, as happens in other complexes. I highlight the typical dance show (frevo) and Friday's disco. Likewise, it does not tarnish the taste that gives us to return! Beautiful stay.

6/5. Awesome. Everything in this hotel is good. The pools, the service, food, rooms, you name it. Offers plenty of activities, and even in summer, it's not full, so lots of free space to relax and enjoy. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel with very good rooms, nice environments, spacious and very nice decorated. Very good breakfast and the free fork dinner with a wide variety of meals and desserts. Affordable prices.

We passed by my family, 10 beautiful days.
The hotel is very nice, the cleanliness at all times of all the facilities, the bathrooms of any place of the hotel impeccable.
The friendly attention of its employees, with any consultation, always with a smile and giving a quick solution. They offer shows for adults and children, every day.
The first two days we did not like the food, which was not ugly, but it lacked variety, especially for the young children.
But they were varying other dishes, and turned out to be very good, for those who eat Milanese, there is.

The hotel is great, very nice with very spacious and comfortable rooms. We booked a few days with half board and the dinner is well varied and the dishes tasty. We liked the hotel and the staff very friendly and attentive. Q The only thing I do not like is Q the space for children and the main pool are across a street. There is not much traffic, except the cars Q come out or arrive at the hotel, but we have guys and that I do not close. For the rest, highly recommended!

But for 200 dollars a day, the half board should, at least include a drink… or minimum to specify it, when one makes the booking… thing q in no side says.

Horrible experience for me and my family first of all when we checked in they didn't think to get a room without stairs for my old grandparents so we had to go back and wait to change it for them then 2 days after we got that room the door didn't close and wouldn't lock and then when we changed that room they said that the whole door need to be replaced because the frame was broken then we went to the final room and we went in everything was good but the second I connected my phone charger to the wall it made a spark and a explosion sound only then they remembered to say that it wasn't good by then we didn't want to change rooms anymore so we stayed at that room. Whole experience was bad and I wouldn't come back to be honest and they didn't even offer anything for us because of all that happened they just acted like they don't care bad customer service worst vacation ever.

Too many kids running around and too noisy.

Great hotel for vacation. Not so luxury, the rooms were a bit small, but there are a great pool area in front of the beach. The food was good. Have a great time there. No Mosquitos at all (I was there in setember)
