Service could be better. Food is ok. Pool is nice.
Room (standard) : Everything was quite clean, but, the pillow case smelled like someone had slept on it. It does had a pretty small balcony, unfortunately no hammock here. The room could be much nicer. Particularly I find ceramics quite uncomfortable and unpleasant. Room looks quite old… The air conditioner did not cool the room enough, we even talked to the receptionist about it, but, we turned the fan on along with the AC and just left it like that. Bathroom was ok. It had shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower cap… it does not have a tub. The shower itself is pretty old and it had two handles, one for cold and one for hot water, which I thought was quite inconvenient and, I had to reach it and kind of step back in order to espace the cold water that first comes out. The hotel had a gym (no AC), very nice swimming pool and a lot of nature! I was particularly fond of the pond they have and all the trees! Breakfast is pretty nice! Everything I tried was quite tasty and they had plenty of different kinds of food. It is served near the pool, and it is quite warm, but also somewhat windy! Something that we really enjoyed: there are lots of books all around the hotel and most of them are sci-fi! For the priced paid, I do not think it was worth it. It really needs renovations.
