So far best hotel out here costumer service is surprisingly better than comfort inn in the USA also very accommodating staff nothing like the other hotels out here any problems is an instant fix or you’re provided a new room if available also love the parking guards are respectful just ask for your name and room number and you car is safe elevators are also there easy access to all floors gym pool so far my favorite hotel. Also the deluxe rooms are defiantly worth it. The only bad thing is it seems like some of the cheaper rooms has minor defects but nothing that can’t be fixed by maintenance or a new room. I’d say 5 stars and it’s defiantly a clean hotel! That’s the first thing I look at when staying in a hotel.

Good location, two blocks from the beach, spacious room, good bed. Delicious breakfast, service desk is polite and helpful.

The rooms are just comfortable, the hotel has a small gym but some equipments was under maintennance. They also have a small swimming pool. The breakfeast doesn't offer too many options but the food available is good.

The room seems pretty fancy, the breakfast has a lot of options and the service was nothing but satisfaction. On the room, the beds are comfortable and relaxing. Definitely a good stay.

Great for the price. Location is phenomenal, close to the beach and close to a farmacy, restaurant and supermarket. Rooms are what offered and reasonable for the price. Service is average.

Some employees is not so able to take care of customers. The gym room has some broken apparells. The breakfast is not completly ready at begining and take about 1 hour to start cooking omelet.

This hotel is the best of beira-mar. It's a fair price to service that they offer. Excelent location almost VIP service.

Breakfast is superb. Service very good. Bedsheets were not changed when I asked. But overall an excellent 3 star hotel with a great location. Recommend.

Close to the Beach, good rooms and breakfast. Only downside the floor on the corridors are noisy.

Great location, really close to the beach and by the line of great hotels at fortaleza. Really tidy rooms, and helpful attendees. It was sad that hot water was not working well, but still great hotel! Looking forward to visit again!

Recomendo o hotel, pois tem uma ótima localização, bom café dá manhã, bom atendimento pelos funcionários, quartos novos ótimos amplos. Excelente na limpeza Dos pontos negativos informo que a piscina é pequena e no período que estive estava suja com a água turva, banheiro com pequenos defeitos (ducha higiênica não funciona, pouca pressão dá agua nas caixas acopladas, o chuveiro tbm deixou a desejar) como estava cheio o hotel o elevador demora para chegar no andar.

Boa localização, valor compatível. Isolamento acústico ruim. Quartos razoáveis. Piso de azulejo. Café da manhã mediano. Atendimento no balcão demorado, mas staff simpático e atencioso. Elevadores lê tos e necessitando manutenção. Um dos elevadores fica parado. Complicado pra um prédio grande como o do hotel.

Very good bedrooms, all new and clean. Great breakfast. And there was a welcome gift waiting for me in the room when I checked-in. Nice touch.

They are irresponsible and a liar, they do not provide the coupon tax, should apply a fine, they mislead customers telling them that are sent by mail.
