Rooms are ok but very poor internet, no electrical points next to beds to charge cellphone or any other device that needs to be close by. The TV works but less than half of the channels are actually available to watch.
The thing that urged me to wright this review is that I am here on a business trip and have arranged transportation to and from work. My colleague and myself depend on having meals at the hotel from their restaurant. We got back from work and obviously starving to have dinner quite early around 7pm, only to find the restaurant is closed early on this specific day. There was zero communication to the guest with regards to this and no efforts made by staff or management to “take care of you” as their slogan suggests. I will not support or refer anyone to this facility and I will communicate to my employer witch is a massive role player in the food and beverage industry to not book accommodations for any of my other colleagues at this lodge!
Also COVID19 requirements are not up to standard, there are NO sanitizing points around, not even at High Touch areas like lifts, doors, entrances etc.

A really great place to stop over and relax, spacious rooms and good food. I recommend it on a Personal level and for business, I have been staying here regularly 1 week of every month for business, give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

Don’t do near the 2nd floor as gym above & the noise level baaaad… place bad Wi-Fi slow connection & need to put password 2-3 times a day every day & changes password every week… won’t be coming here again as business travel.

This has been the best 5 nites of my life, the best experience in Botswana. It was my first time I sleep in Botswana nd got to be welcomed in the best lodge. I stil call it a hotel, there is no way im gonna call that a lodge cos it deserves the name hotel. Oooh the oxtail nd dumbling sunday nite baffair, the room itself, the bar nd the garden oh my word! I nvr did roaming but I was forever online wth my chats whtsapp with ur Wi-Fi. You guys hav the best team I really loved ur service nd enjoyed my stay.

The place is cool and the prices are reasonable. It's an intimate and cool place and the service is good.

Well furnished and very comfortable rooms. Large secure parking area. Excellent food served in the restaurant. Free wi fi everywhere on the premises. Very reasonable rate and good value for money.
