This is an excellent hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent. I had breakfast and dinner there. The Harissa lamb chops is recommended. The service and food were excellent. The hotel is well located.

Reception Department.

Pearl is friendly, welcoming, and always available to assist. Her warmth and attentiveness make guests feel truly at home.
2. Ona.
Ona is consistently supportive and welcoming, ensuring guests feel valued and well cared for.
3. Lesego.
Lesego provides excellent support, particularly with room bookings, and is always willing to go the extra mile to assist.
Restaurant Department.
1. Lesedi.
Lesedi serves with a genuine smile, remains positive at all times, and is always ready to offer help when needed.
2. Mossi.
Mossi is smart, attentive, and proactive in asking if guests require any assistance—an excellent example of service excellence.
3. Karabo.
Karabo consistently displays a cheerful attitude, eagerness to help, and a warm smile that reflects true hospitality.
Room Sweeping Department.
1. Lady.
Lady is humble and meticulous in her work, ensuring rooms are cleaned to the highest standard.
2. Phatsimo.
Phatsimo is welcoming and thoughtful—on one occasion, she kindly provided a small SIM pin when I needed it most, a gesture that truly reflects care and attentiveness.

The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

A great place to stay. Centrally located and great facilities. Walking distance from office areas and a mall if you need shopping.

Room50two is always my ideal location for accommodation in Gaborone. I travel extensively for business and this Hotels staff are the most friendly, efficient and helpful I have every experienced. The hotel itself is ideally located which allows me to take a early evening walk safely and the rooms are exceptionally clean and the cleaning staff the friendliest I have every met in any hotel globally.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Room50Two! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall ambiance of the place. The location was convenient, and the amenities met my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

I never used the hotel’s facilities, but went to its restaurant for dinner with family two days ago.
Despite the perfect location and excellent view atop Gaborone’s bustling city streets in the horizon, the service inside the restaurant was disappointingly unsatisfactory and unacceptable. The waiter who served generally appeared to be untrained, sloppy, and even lacked courtesy e. G. Not apologising after bringing wrong order, or at one time serving a cold cappuccino!
The service was so bad that we felt compelled not to tip the waiter because of several instances of sloppiness.
Certainly, I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone I know, lest they also experience bad customer service ☹️🙆🏾

Only went to the rooftop bar. Very nice. Lovely staff. Great view, just a shame you could see the sunset because of the orientation of the bar and restaurant.

I booked the place for my mum's birthday to spend a night the place is so clean staff very friendly and very helpful.
The food was delicious and the service was so good.
I fully recommend.

One of the best hotels I have ever visited.
The staffs are welcoming and friendly.
The rooms are perfectly clean and furnished.
The water is well maintained with pressure. The rooms have microwave oven for your convenience.
The breakfast is to the standard.
Only issue is they run out of shower gel from time to time. This need to improve.

Hosted very well by the room 52 staff. The room was spacious and kept clean. The breakfast was well prepared with fresh ingredients. Had a pleasant stay.

Lovely big rooms, bathrooms can differ between large and compact. Great views of the city. Service is outstanding, consistently. Restaurant has a diverse menu, and the food is superb. Been staying here occasionally for a few months now and the experience is consistently great. Good parking facilities too.

It was my second time that I stayed in Room 50 two and will definitely recommend this hotel.
The view of Gaborone from the top floor is amazing.

I’ve stayed with them a few times when visiting Gaborone on business. The service is efficient, friendly and they are responsive to requests.
The space is great for extended stays as you have a living and working space separate from the bedroom.
