Late airport pick up, poor breakfast if you can even call it that, stained towels, having to ask more than once for towels to be replaced after they hang wet towels back onto the rail even though there's a notice saying leave towels on floor to be replaced. AC is shit, there is no spa nor dining area here. TV wasn't working for the full 5 days I was there, older lady I'm assuming is the manager asks is my TV fixed I said no yet no efforts were made to sort it out. As a well traveled person who travels the world… avoid this place at all costs. They have no pride for their establishment.
I stayed at the hotel for 6 days. Nicely located with access to many amenities. Service was a bit poor especially at the kitchen. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Been there for holidays and omg that's the last time I'm going there. This place really need to put it's act together otherwise they will go bankrupt. They also need to stop lying on booking. Com. Saying there's a spa when there's nothing. The breakfast is boring 5 days of scrambled eggs with plain bread and processed canned beans and a dirty sausage. I even refused my last breakfast to go get something better in the area. My TV in my rooms has no sounds and they NEVER came to sort it out. Employees seems to always forgot what you requested. An AirBnB is better than this "HOTEL"
