Highly organized & attentive to detail. They never disappoint. Rooms are extremely accommodating. Their staff is friendly.
Be very careful of booking with Nxabii cottages. We recently lost R822 ($ 55) by booking on booking. Com. We were told we can cancel for FREE up until two months later. The full amount of the stay was deducted from our credit card on the same day. Refund was only given a few days later and we lost R 822 ($55). The property claimed it was exchange rates and bank fees. Therefore not a FREE cancellation. They probably run this "free cancellation" in order to make interest in their bank account for the days they do not give you the refund and then obviously refund you less.
