This isn't hotel Europe, and their services are not the same. However the staff are friendly, the rooms are cozy and your have access to the gym in Hotel Europe (since they are the same brand).

Room was excellent and so was the breakfast. Staff was even overly nice but take that as a compliment. Location was right in the old town nearby many restaurant, shops and attractions. They even have few parking lots near and we were lucky to get one of those. Receptionist came to advise us to park in tight place which was very helpful!

Great hotel in the heart of the city. Walking distance to all attractions. Clean and friendly.

Great views overlooking the Hrez-Bureg mosque. Free parking is two blocks away in front of the Apoteka Sarajevo/Bosnia, with overflow parking next to the Otel Apoleta — the front desk has cameras on the cars. You'll see Hotel Old Town parking signs on the street. Free buffet breakfast, with a great assortment including fruits, veggies, dairy, carbs, proteins — eggs made to order. Main floor next to reception desk, CNN on the TV. Elevator. Clean and comfortable rooms, minibar, daily housekeeping. Very kind staff, helpful. Safe at front desk.

We stayed in Sarajevo this summer and spent the time at the hotel Old Town. The hotel is really great and an absolute insider tip. Great room, great location and excellent staff! We loved the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. We were very well advised on site and had asked before arrival some excursion planning by the hotel staff. Our ideas and plans were well implemented, so we had a very great holiday in Sarajevo. The city is great and only recommended! Hotel Old Town, we will be back!

Clean and big, comfortable rooms, nice service and staff. Beds are comfortable. Wifi was really strong, card is accepted. The variety of breakfast was not bit, but enough. Good value for price.

The location is just great. The breakfast also not to bad. They have usually 2-3 kind of hot dishes every day. Nice.

Nothing special but very suitable if you just need to spend the night. Perfect location for either arriving with a car or to walk around old Sarajevo. Excellent price-performance.

I don't know where to start, we loved everything about this hotel! We stayed here for four nights and the hotel staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and hospitable. It felt like we were staying with a family as they greeted you on your way in, and out and made conversation with you daily. The room was very clean and tidy, and the location of the hotel was perfect. We were in the center of everything a short walk to anywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast was seemingly simple, but I have to say, one of our favorite parts. The coffee was made fresh, and the eggs were AMAZING, also made fresh to order with a smile :) The bread also fresh and delicious. We looked forward to this meal every morning! Highly recommend if you are visiting Sarajevo to stay here!
