Reviews of Hostel City Center Sarajevo
Awful hostel. It is situated in a very old building which leads to a bad smell when entering the door. Furthermore, there is no lift if you have a lot of bags. Every morning we were creeted by new guests in our room (cockroachs) or in the bathroom (some tiny insects + spiderwebs in the corner). In the end there were at least 10 cockroachs just in our room and we counted only the dead ones we saw … Service is bad, too. No reimbursement or even an apology for the cockroachs and no help to organize a taxi in the early morning because receptionists want to sleep till 8 am. Never again this hostel!
I was there for 4 nights, everyone were kind and helpful, hostel was warm and clean and I would recommend it to everyone who needs place to stay… next time I visit Sarajevo I am gonna stay there again. Thanks Asim and all the staff for hospitality.
